Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Da ih Alkergiker bin, ist meinem Extrawunsch nach Kissen ohne Feder sofort nachgegangen

Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein, weil es kaum Platz für Koffer gab und kein Platz Geband abzulegen

An Ok stay
Pros:

Location is good, close to station. Staff is friendly. Room size is ok. They will help you to store luggages before and after check in/out which is convenient.

Cons:

Room is a bit old and not very clean, mold in bathroom. Bed is not very comfortable. It is a bit pricy.

I would not return because of our experience with the staff
Pros:

Our first impression of the hotel was that the staff were rude. It was very unlike our experience at many other hotels across Japan. The staff shamelessly ignored us for a while without any greeting before they could bother with checking us in. When they did check us in they were extremely unhelpful and left us partway through the check in process without any explanation.

It has given a terrible impression of the JAL brand and I would think hard about spending a night at another JAL hotel.

The hotel room was nice enough and was clean with fair amenities. A very good central location which is very close to the train station.
