My stay was comfortable and employees were kind and polite.
Pros:

I was not able to avail the breakfast due to catching my flight schedule, there was long queue and many guests waiting. In this case, guests who needs to leave on time and could not wait to be served must be provided with a packed meal.

Not a great hotel in terms of its facilities.
Pros:

The closeness to the Sendai station. Less than 3 minutes walk, you arrive at the station.

Cons:

The building seems to be quite aged. There was a stain in the wall paper and also the wallpaper in the area below the bathroom door is half gone. These need to be sorted.
There are several inconveniences. Even though it has a restaurant, it is closed on Sunday and there was a private gathering on Monday so again it was closed. Also there is no coin laundry facilities and they don’t do the laundry service every day.

大満足でした
Pros:

仙台駅からアクセスが良く、館内も清潔であった
スタッフの対応がとても良く、傘も快く貸してくれ、筆記用具も快く貸してくれた

Cons:

1階のレストランで大勢が溢れていて、ホテルの入り口を塞いでいた。
バスルームで体を洗うタオルが少し小さすぎた。

Great location near the train station
Pros:

Best thing about the hotel was the location very close to the train station easy walk with bags, lots
of restaurants and shops close by.
No English TV the reception staff have very limited English so quite difficult to communicate, the guy that checked us in was great thank goodness we had him.
Room size was good compared with some other Japanese hotels, A/C worked well.

Cons:

A bit expensive compared with other Japanese hotels.
