The breakfast staff were excellent, helpful, attentive (but not overly so) and on point.
The shuttle bus back to the airport was a great bonus, the driver was very helpful and such a nice guy.

Cons:

I'd sent a query to Drury Inn about the shuttle bus for the night of arrival, as they hadn't got back to me by the time we landed we ended up taking a cab to the hotel. The reply finally came on Tuesday, 2 days after we'd left. Not great !

Pros:

The staff is the best they take the time to go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable in taking care of me and my daughter were running behind to get checked in and they were about to shut down the food. The person who is checking me in I wish I knew his name, but he took the time to make us plates so that we would have food that I could take upstairs. The staff is always friendly. They are the best staff I have ever encountered at any hotel and this is the reason I stay when I come to Atlanta.
