Location
Had to wait in long queue to enter bar.
Very cheap $77 very basic, AC, tv, shower, bed the room is tiny
No microwave, few ants, cracks on the walls
Affordable and easy for an overnight stay.
Is budget as advertised. If you can afford a non budget option I would go for that, otherwise it’s great!
Location was good but no breackfast provided.
The room had a double bed which I had to share with my 15 year old son . And they said that they will try to give us another room with 2 single beds for the 2nd night . The room was at the back of the hotel on the third floor with loud music down stairs at the rear garden area and couldn’t sleep well untill it stoped around 2am the next morning. We arrived back from near Melbourne late at 9.30 pm for the second night but decided to stay in the room for a second night and the music was less the second night plus the reception was closed
Nothing My room 305 was found open 3 times when I returned from being out, the room is unsafe I developed a sinus infection from the mould in room. I had to go to doctors to get antibiotics to help me try to get over current infection. The room is totally unsafe the fire protection does not meet standards. I will be seeking a refund for 5 days as this room caused me to be sick and ruined my stay in Albury
Absolutely appalling accommodation worst I have ever seen.
The mould in my room the noise
My room being open on my return from being out 3 times
With my valuables with no security unbelievable
No meals were had. Value and condition was in line with the price. Central location excellent. Booking on line was easy. After hours arrival was no problem. I got what I paid for. Thank you.
I understand budget price means budget facilities but a door on the bathroom and coat hangers and knife, fork spoon and plate set would be nice. Room needs a freshen up, paint, carpet and plaster.
The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked okay. Tea and coffee was provided in the room.
I was not upset about the loud noise on Friday and saturday night. My issue is with the room. The bathroom had no door on it which meant the light was coming through all night. It appeared there was a screen on their previously (not a proper door) that had been ripped off and never replaced. This made it extremely difficult to get to sleep. Also the bathroom had a window that couldn’t be shut which meant cold air was coming in all weekend. I had to go buy extra blankets and a heated mattress just to keep warm.
The shower had no hot water.
Area did not feel safe as people were hanging around alleyway. Also carpark is at the end of this alleyway so we did not feel safe walking up to the accommodation which those people there.
Rooms lacked basic requirements example no soap and hot water took 10 minutes to arrive.
location good, beds comfortable
wifi disconnected, no hot water for shower, sink blocked! cant brush teeth night and morning!!
Everyone made u welcome
Needs a paint
