No primeiro dia houve um mal entendido com a concierge que se enganou na tarifa do nosso quarto . Estava a cobrar o do hotel em vez do acordado com o booking e queria que pagássemos um remanescente e até se esclarecer foi um constrangimento muito grande

Q no me respetaron mi última noche, ya estaba pagada y aun es fecha q no me devuelven ni dinero de esa noche q no utilice. Ya sea culpa por culpa de ustedes o de Booking.com, pero el culpable no fui yo, hice mi reserva con tiempo y la pague también desde antes.

The cleaning ladies were very nice. Especially a lady name Liz. The was very nich sure I was ok.

It was kool bc it was the embassy, but it is by far the worst embassy location we’ve ever been to!
Pros:

The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was decent but not as good as other embassies I’ve been to.
The location was in a good place right by the mall, shopping centers and various places to eat.

Cons:

1, Parking cost 25/night. 2, The breakfast could have more items like at other locations. 3, the rooms need updating. 4, the elevator is slow and feels like it needs service. 5, the after hours kickback needs better items to snack on, & needs more then 2 complimentary beverages like other locations.
