Pros:

Location, courtyard, breakfast buffet, very kind and friendly staff, great room service

Cons:

Room was freezing cold all the time, even when the AC was off for 2 days. The room was so dark all the time, almost no sunlight, and I couldn’t open any windows. Elevator was so slow, pool was under construction.

Pros:

Customer service was horrible and left me and multiple other families stranded
And even has the audacity to tell me that they didn’t have access to the new emails because they were in the process of changing ownership

Cons:

Everything and left me stranded even though I paid for everything in advance but kept telling me that booking.com didn’t pay them
So I I was stranded 1500 miles from my home
And forced to fine a hotel and pay significantly more at the last minute because on top of that the hotel was o rebooked even though I paid almost 2 days in advance

Comfort. Location. Staff. Bartending made great drinks

Cons:

Had to pay for parking. Deposit was more. Both soda and juice machine was broke for breakfast. All they had was water and coffee.

The elevators are dangerous and crushed my child and the breakfast was sad, out of everything!
Pros:

Only nice think was the view and location of the inside and close to things but parking was horrible.

Cons:

The elevator door shut on my 9 year old daughter and knocked her to the ground hurting her, if she didnt have her suitcase she would have gotten really hurt and you'd be getting a call from my lawyers! Especially if I got crushed and hurt while pregnant!

Agréable vacances en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal tant pour le shopping que la vie nocturne. L’happy hour de 17h à 19h, des boissons offertes par l’hôtel à notre arrivée plus un petit cadeau de bienvenue offert dans un sac. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont sombres et le mobilier est daté.
