Agréable vacances en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal tant pour le shopping que la vie nocturne. L’happy hour de 17h à 19h, des boissons offertes par l’hôtel à notre arrivée plus un petit cadeau de bienvenue offert dans un sac. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont sombres et le mobilier est daté.

Het hotel lag op een prima locatie

Cons:

Het hotel was gedateerd en dat zag je terug in achterstallig onderhoud, zowel in de kamer als bij het zwembad, personeel was niet vriendelijk en behulpzaam, parkeren was erg duur, wij zijn dit niet gewend van de embassy suites

For the time spent there it was ok

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t good, sink water wouldn’t drain good and the toilet wasn’t cleaned around the bottom. The bed headboard look like cats scratched it up bad

I wasn’t pleased with my accommodations at all but the staff was polite.

Cons:

The hotel only has one "working" elevator. The furniture was dated and stained. I didn't want to sit on it. The door did not close by itself. We had force it. The headboard scratched up. There was not a working ice machine, but they were giving out bags of ice in their market place.

We were unable to use the shower, which I consider unacceptable.

Initially, we were given a room filled with construction materials. Then, in another room, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor. We reported all the shortcomings to the staff: the water in the toilet was constantly running, the flush tank was not working, there was no hot water in the shower when using the showerhead setting, and the cabinet door was falling off. But the promised repairman never showed up.

The Staff who assist me when I check-in, Rude, I ask to transfer me to other room because, the room carpet was wet, and I booked Kingsize Room, She told me, no other options, if you like transfer to other Hotel, its MIDNIGHT...Grrr. Elevator is very Slow, only one elevator is working, the hotel is old, need to upgrade, the Door where they put me in you need to push by your body otherwise, it will not open.

Expected a very nice stay at Hilton hotel, but was disappointed over and over.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. However, they ran out of regular coffee right before cut-off and fresh coffee was not put out.

Cons:

Facility too cold-lobby, restaurant area, and room. Could not warm room to comfortable temperature. Outlets and telephones didn’t function properly. Maintenance came by at approximately 10am, checkout was at 11am.
