Pros:

The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The location is nice, nestled between green hills and next to a small river.
The rooms provided the bare necessities and bed was comfortable.
The one MAJOR negative was the design of the bathroom. The shower is just a nozzle on the wall above the toilet and activated via a lever on the sink. There is no way to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet. Additionally, the construction of the bathroom was poor, so there is mold everywhere from the water that doesn't drain properly and the entire room smells musty as consequence.

Otele varma ma yarım saat kala otel konumunu netleştirmek için oteli aradım. Göreli kişi otelde boş oda olmadığını internetten kaynaklı olarak müşterilere geri bildirim yapamadıklarını anlattı. Madur olmamamız için bizi farklı bir otel yönlendirdiler. Otelin konumu haritada gösterilen yerde değil. Baya bir mesafe kat etmeniz gerekiyor.

Öncelikle işletme sahipleri Ali Bey ve Sadık Beye tüm ilgileri alakaları için çoook teşekkür ederiz. Otel Maçka’da kalmak temiz hava almak şehirden uzaklaşmak için bire bir. Ancak hotels.com’un navigasyonunda ki konum yanlış lütfen en kısa zamanda düzeltilip misafirler mağdur edilmesin.
