Egyszerűen gyönyörű!
Pros:

Minden nagyon tetszett! Jól felszerelt, gyönyörű hely, nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Kicsit messze van a központtól, cserébe nagyon csendes. Nagyon tágas szobát kaptunk, kényelmes ággyal. Eddigi legszebb szállásunk mióta Vietnámban vagyunk!

Het personeelsblad geweldig behulpzaam en vrolijk. En de kamer was echt groot en comfortabel.

Cons:

Het ligt best een eind lopen van het centrum af, maar gelukkig zijn er fietsen beschikbaar.

Idéal pour un court ou long séjour
Pros:

Tout. La chambre, spacieuse, baignoire, douche, canapé. Tout est propre et fonctionnel.
L'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes, au top, et avec le sourire.
Quartier très calme la nuit.
Le prêt des vélos pour aller au centre ville.

Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu
Pros:

Bardzo pomocny personel, Panie zarezerwowały nam wycieczkę na naszą prośbę oraz codziennie pytały o nasze plany, doradzały. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre, niezbyt dużo wyboru z bufetu ale codziennie można było zamówić jakąś pozycję dodatkowo jak np jajecznica, zupka pho, bagietka z szynką itd. Był basen ale nie korzystaliśmy z niego, też nie widzieliśmy aby ktokolwiek korzystał ale spędzaliśmy głównie czas poza hotelem. Ogólnie cały pobyt na plus, lokazacja troche oddalona od centrum ale dla nas to nie był żaden problem, bezpłatne rowery oferowane przez hotel umożliwiały szybkie dotarcie do centrum, wypożyczaliśmy również z hotelu skutery.

Cons:

Hotel nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, jest już trochę starszy, czystość również pozostawia trochę do życzenia ale bez tragedii

Très bons moments et rigolade dans cet établissement
Pros:

J ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité. Bon petit déjeuner. L hôtel nous a arrangé des sorties et toujours à notre service. Personnel souriant et très sympathique.

Cons:

La piscine un peu fraîche mais les températures extérieures étaient élevées au moment de notre passage.

Overall great value for money
Pros:

Overall, we had a good experience.
We expected the place to feel a bit cozier and to have more space in the common area to properly relax during our 5-day stay. It’s somewhat small, especially the breakfast area, which can result in waiting times and feel limited in space when several guests are there at the same time.

The accommodation offers free bicycles on a first-come, first-served basis, although the bikes are not in perfect condition. The location is about a 25–30 minute walk from the city center, but only 8–10 minutes by bicycle or scooter. We actually appreciated this, as the area is quiet. However, there aren’t many cafés or restaurants immediately nearby. For us, this wasn’t an issue.

Breakfast is sufficient to get you going; self-serve coffee, fruit, pastries/sweet baked goods, and eggs to order. The room size at the top was great, very spacious.

The staff were informative and genuinely eager to help. They asked about our plans every day and were happy to give recommendations even without being asked.

The pool was nice. The surrounding area is a bit small if you want to lounge there undisturbed, but it’s perfectly fine for swimming.

We found it to be great value for money.

Cons:

It wasn’t spotlessly clean. The balcony accumulated bird droppings daily, and there were some dust and hair on the floor from previous guests when we checked in.

The bathroom could only be ventilated by leaving the window open (= free entry for mosquitos). Since we got direct morning sun, the room heated up quickly. The air conditioning was positioned directly above the bed, making it uncomfortable to leave on during the night without feeling too cold.

An additional towel for hands / face would be nice, as well as water bottle daily, that would just add to the good experience (even if the price would be a bit higher).

Fora do centro, mas perto de tudo
Pros:

Fica fora do centro de Hoi An, numa área mais residencial. Facilidade de ter a uma curta distância restaurantes, mini mercado para snacks. O hotel disponibiliza bicicletas para uso gratuitamente para os hóspedes.

Cons:

A mini bar do quarto não funcionava, para ter água fresca após um dia fora e com o calor fez falta. Mas havia um frigorífico na recepção sempre com água fresca disponível.

Preis/Leistng passt. Es sollte dringend ein wenig nachgebessert werden. ( Vorhänge zB. ausgerissen.
Pros:

Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Bett gemütlich und die Klima erstaunlich leise. Genügend Platz für Ablage.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmertüren (Holz) schon schwer schliessbar. Unser Zimmer gegenüber des Frühstücks bekommt ab 6:00 die Vorbereitung mit, da die Türe zum Gang (gegenüber immer offen ist.

The room had a private balcony. The shower was comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The hotel offers free bikes, which was a nice bonus for exploring the city.

Cons:

The room did not look as good as in the photos. It was smaller than expected.
