Pros:

Safe, clean, easy access and good location for Grab pick up and drop offs. Staff are very attentive and looked after us well.

Pros:

Stayed at the Lancaster for 4 nights. There was construction outside which was made it very noisy, the power cut and there was no communication until we contacted reception. The water was also leaking out from the shower. Although, overall it is a very spacious hotel with A LOT of cupboards and amenities.

수영장이용때문에 방문하였음.
방문 하루전에 온수풀인지 확인하였고
체크인 후에 수영장 층수를 문의하는 전화통화에도 이용가능하다했음.
막상 수영장에 갔을 때에는 관리시간이라 아용하지못한다고하였음.
리셉션 확인하였다하니 이용하라하는데 너무 추웠고 온수는 나오지않는다고함. 실내 수영장임에도 너무 추웠고 수영장이용하러간 아이들은 울음이 터졌다.
어른도 견딜 수 없는 추위에 화가났다. 실망이다.

Great Comfort and value for money
Pros:

Lancaster is value for money for business travellers. The right price with plenty of apartment space. The location is also perfect with a very lively street right in front. I had no issues except for a weird smell in the corridor of the room lobby.
