Przepięknie i wyjątkowo
Pros:

Przepiękne miejsce, zachody słońca, pyszne jedzenie , wszystko czyste i pachnące. Osoba która sprząta i przygotowuje pokoje powinna dostać premię bo tak czystego miejsca już dawno nie widziałam. Jedzenie w restauracji coś niesamowitego! Śniadania były królewskie, pyszne ice tea, kawy, kelnerzy byli mili i uśmiechnięci, plaża piękna, na przeciw pływają żółwie, piękne zachody słońca, wszystko cudownie . Dziękuję menadżerowi hotelu za pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemów z pokojem !

Relaxte sfeer met wat aandachtspunten
Pros:

Chille en relaxte vibe. Mooi gelegen aan het strand. Vriendelijk en attent personeel. Ruime en schone kamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Dichtbij het fort van Galle gelegen, leuk om te bezoeken evenals Unawatuna.

Cons:

Het hotel wilde een aanbetaling via een externe link, dus buiten Booking om, ook al had ik via Booking mijn creditcard als garantie afgegeven. Hier wordt echter altijd door Booking tegen gewaarschuwd aangezien dit phising kan zijn. Contact gezocht met Booking, zij reageerden snel en behulpzaam, echter gaf Booking aan na contact te hebben gezocht met de accomodatie dat het hotel wel op deze manier een aanbetaling mocht vragen. Dit was vreemd. Overigens hoefde het uiteindelijk niet eens en heb ik bij aankomst de overnachting betaald.
Houdt er rekening mee dat elke dag, tenminste toen wij er waren, er een DJ speelde vanaf 12 uur. De ene dag was het meer dance en de andere dag meer chill, echter het volume staat redelijk hard en soms te hard. Op het strand heb je hier minder last van trouwens. Tevens was het zwembad toen wij er waren een beetje troebel en hou er rekening mee dat er erg hoge golven kunnen zijn in de zee dus zwemmen is lastig en in sommige gevallen gevaarlijk.

Отель на первой линии, правда купаться опасно из-за сильных подводных течений, рядом пляж с черепахами. Номер просторный, но нам достался номер без окон, три ночи переночевать подойдет. Вкусные завтраки по меню, не шведский стол

The fact there were only 11 rooms but still a great pool and atmosphere. Staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.

J adore la musique habituellement dans les beach club mais là il n y avait que des basses un peu anxiogènes a notre goût , la suite etait magnifique ( enorme salle de bain et vrai dressing) mais ça mériterait 2 splits pour pouvoir rafraîchir la surface, les enfants avaient 2 chambres moins grandes qui etaient parfaites au niveau fraicheur

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön. Besonders gefallen hat uns die coole Musik am Pool – das hat für eine richtig entspannte Urlaubsstimmung gesorgt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft und die Drinks waren ebenfalls top – ganz klar 10/10!

Beim Servicepersonal war alles dabei: Viele waren super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich größtenteils sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es gab allerdings auch ein paar Mitarbeiter, bei denen man gemerkt hat, dass die Motivation nicht ganz so hoch war – das war etwas schade.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles super – mit einer kleinen Ausnahme: die Kommunikation vor dem Check-in. Obwohl die Buchung inklusive Kreditkarte ganz normal hinterlegt war, wurden wir ein paar Tage vor Anreise nochmals kontaktiert, da sonst das Zimmer weitergegeben worden wäre. Das fanden wir etwas irritierend, da eigentlich bereits alles geregelt war.

Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und eine gute Erfahrung.

Stile, relax e una piscina pazzesca: perfetto anche in famiglia!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti con nostro figlio piccolo e l'esperienza è stata fantastica. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e ha un'atmosfera da 'beach club' elegante ma allo stesso tempo super accogliente e rilassata per chi viaggia in famiglia. Il punto forte assoluto è la piscina gigante: il nostro bimbo l'ha adorata e ci ha nuotato tantissimo! La sera, con l'insegna illuminata e la musica lounge di sottofondo, è un angolo di paradiso per i genitori che vogliono rilassarsi con un drink. La posizione poi è strategica, a un passo da Wijaya Beach. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

È stato tutto impeccabile! L'unico piccolo consiglio pratico: l'aria condizionata nelle camere è molto potente, quindi ricordatevi di alzarla o metterla in modalità deumidificatore prima di dormire per non svegliarvi col mal di gola!
