Pros:

Zimmer und das Hotel selbst sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr stylisch und modern.
Lediglich das Badezimmer könnte mal ein Makeover vertragen.
Vom Beach Club hört man im Zimmer nichts.
Der Strandabschnitt ist schön und mit dem Tuktuk ist man schnell in Unawatuna.

Cons:

Einen grossen Schwachpunkt fanden wir das Personal. Obwohl nichts los war, kam 3 Stunden lang niemand an unserer Liege vorbei um zu fragen ob wir etwas möchten. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in denen wir auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise waren, waren wir hier etwas enttäuscht.
Die Beach Towels waren teils zerrissen und hatten Flecken.
Wir fanden insgesamt das Hotel ok, würden es aber nicht mehr buchen

Pros:

Prachtige locatie direct aan het strand met een ontspannen sfeer. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt was heerlijk met genoeg keuze. Ideale plek om tot rust te komen en te genieten van de omgeving.

Perfect 4 days and 5 nights
Pros:

The rooms are great and the entire club is very clean. Sunbeds are reserved especially for hotel guests, so you don’t have to worry about not getting one because of day visitors. The music is cool and played at a pleasant volume, and sometimes there’s even a saxophonist, which is a real highlight. The rooms are located towards the back, so you barely hear the music. We only noticed a bit of bass one evening while falling asleep.

The hotel is very child-friendly – the staff plays with the kids, and at breakfast they even made extra pancakes for the little ones. The pool is warm, which is great. The food overall was a 10/10 – sushi platters, pizza, everything was amazing. For our day trip, everything was perfectly organized, even including a breakfast to go.

You can’t really swim in the sea, but you can watch turtles, which is a nice experience.

We would love to come back – thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons:

The communication beforehand was a bit strange. There was contact via WhatsApp and Booking, and then we received a WhatsApp message saying we had to complete something via a link – according to Booking, we were not obligated to do so, so we didn’t. There were also some misunderstandings or forgotten arrangements. The reception staff is very polite and sweet, but unfortunately quite inexperienced in their job.

Sehr schöner und komfortabler Beachclub mit angeschlossenem Hotel und äußerst freudlichem Personal.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Strand. Am Pool viele Betten zum Entspannen. Das Hotelpersonal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Die Betten im Zimmer sind sehr bequem. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 03) war darüber hinaus sehr sauber. Hervorzuheben ist das Bad mit einer großen, begehbaren Dusche. Beim Frühstück kann aus drei Menüs gewählt werden (Full, Vegetarian u. Local). Auf Extrawünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Das Essen war durchgehend sehr gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei - besonders empfehlenswert ist die Meeresfrüchteplatte. Unser Kind hat die Pancakes und den Pool geliebt. Wer zwischendurch arbeiten oder so im Internet surfen möchte, findet ein sehr gutes WLAN (Wifi). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Für unser Zimmer hätten wir uns noch einen Ständer für nasse Badebekleidung und Handtücher gewünscht. Diese Anregung wurde vom Hotelpersonal gerne entgegengenommen. Der Safe im Zimmerschrank war leider nicht fest verbaut, diesen hätte man daher einfach so mitnehmen können.

Tolles Hotel mit Clubatmosphäre; das Hotel hat nur wenige Zimmern, es gibt aber viele Tagesgäste, die Liegen mieten; es gibt auch tagsüber einen DJ, der Musik abspielt; wir fanden das toll, ist aber sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache; das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Auflagen; der Pool ist ebenfalls toll; es gab 3 verschiedene Frühstücke zur Auswahl, alle waren sehr lecker; das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hat uns bei der Weiterreise sehr unterstützt

Cons:

Seltsam fanden wir, dass wir eine Nacht über einen Link im Voraus bezahlen mussten; die Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte war nicht möglich; wir haben das dann auch mit Unbehagen gemacht, war aber alles in Ordnung; bei den Standardzimmern gibt es wohl sehr große Unterschiede bei der Zimmergröße; bei Booking.com waren 30 m² angegeben, das 1. Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hatte sicherlich max. 20 m²; ein Zimmerwechsel war dann aber mit Hilfe der sehr freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption kein Problem

Mega Location und Frühstück - sehr tolles Zimmer und Raumpflege - Sahin hat jeden Tag ein anderes Tier mit den Handtüchern gezaubert. Absolut geniales Frühstücken- jederzeit zu 100% empfehlenswert

Местоположението на хотела е добро. На първа линия си, но е доста бурно. Закуската е добра, но въпреки това предпочитам опцията шведска маса, защото половината от нещата не се изяждат и се изхвърлят. Персонала е много любезен и отзивчив. Препоръчвам!

Cons:

Закуската да е на свободна консумация, първо не се чака повече да се приготви и второ ядеш това, което ти харесва.

They play at all hours of the day the most obnoxious music. Please dont book this hotel if you want to read or listen to the sounds of the ocean.

Ein Hotel mit Charme
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage und die Innenräume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Grosser Pool und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns gefallen. Das Personal und Management ist sehr aufmerksam.

Pros:

I spent four nights at this hotel in a beautiful sea-view room, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from town, getting around by tuktuk is affordable and convenient. The beach is stunning, and the hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a great sea-view stay with a lively weekend party atmosphere. Highly recommended!
