Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun relaxing holiday
Pros:

Staff is very helpful, hotel and the rooms are clean and the location is just next to the ocean 10 minutes away from Galle City.

Cons:

It was off season which meant it was calm vacation and we needed that, but due to heavy storms we couldn’t enjoy swimming like planned. There is nothing negative about the hotel and staff, we are super happy

Ужасно. Из-за музыки мне пришлось переезжать. И мне до сих пор не вернули деньги. Прошло 3 дня.
Pros:

Это не отель, это пляжный клуб. И это самое главное, что необходимо доносить до клиента. Там постоянно играет диджей, очень шумно. Территория крошечная, спрятаться от этого шума вообще негде. Есть только в номере. И да, самое ужасное. Все номера без окон!!)

Cons:

Убрать дикую музыку, сделать тихий лаунж, придумать компенсацию за отсутствие окон. И везде написать, что это не отель. Это комнаты при пляжном клубе!

Если просто заехать в этот отель на день, думаю вам понравится.
Pros:

Когда отель был новым, думаю было круто. Отличную музыку включает диджей. Вкусные напитки. Стиль отеля. Красивый океан, но в нем действительно нельзя купаться, очень опасные волны, но смотреть одно удовольствие.

Cons:

У меня украли кольцо, оно не было в сейфе и лежало в шкафу в коробочке от очков. Надеюсь оно принесет много счастья тому, кто это сделал, он сможет накормить свою семью, иначе не понимаю зачем так делать. Но люди должны знать, что такая ситуация возможна в этом отеле, при этом там работает куча охраны и обслуживающего персонала. Которые постоянно смотрят и обсуждают что-то. Неприятно…. Есть очень добрые сотрудники, но это пара человек. Ситуацию с кольцом никак не решили, ну это и очевидно. Не будут же они компенсировать мою потерю.
Полотенца все дырявые и замученные.

Pros:

Zimmer und das Hotel selbst sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr stylisch und modern.
Lediglich das Badezimmer könnte mal ein Makeover vertragen.
Vom Beach Club hört man im Zimmer nichts.
Der Strandabschnitt ist schön und mit dem Tuktuk ist man schnell in Unawatuna.

Cons:

Einen grossen Schwachpunkt fanden wir das Personal. Obwohl nichts los war, kam 3 Stunden lang niemand an unserer Liege vorbei um zu fragen ob wir etwas möchten. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in denen wir auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise waren, waren wir hier etwas enttäuscht.
Die Beach Towels waren teils zerrissen und hatten Flecken.
Wir fanden insgesamt das Hotel ok, würden es aber nicht mehr buchen

Prachtige locatie direct aan het strand met een ontspannen sfeer. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt was heerlijk met genoeg keuze. Ideale plek om tot rust te komen en te genieten van de omgeving.

Perfect 4 days and 5 nights
Pros:

The rooms are great and the entire club is very clean. Sunbeds are reserved especially for hotel guests, so you don’t have to worry about not getting one because of day visitors. The music is cool and played at a pleasant volume, and sometimes there’s even a saxophonist, which is a real highlight. The rooms are located towards the back, so you barely hear the music. We only noticed a bit of bass one evening while falling asleep.

The hotel is very child-friendly – the staff plays with the kids, and at breakfast they even made extra pancakes for the little ones. The pool is warm, which is great. The food overall was a 10/10 – sushi platters, pizza, everything was amazing. For our day trip, everything was perfectly organized, even including a breakfast to go.

You can’t really swim in the sea, but you can watch turtles, which is a nice experience.

We would love to come back – thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons:

The communication beforehand was a bit strange. There was contact via WhatsApp and Booking, and then we received a WhatsApp message saying we had to complete something via a link – according to Booking, we were not obligated to do so, so we didn’t. There were also some misunderstandings or forgotten arrangements. The reception staff is very polite and sweet, but unfortunately quite inexperienced in their job.

Sehr schöner und komfortabler Beachclub mit angeschlossenem Hotel und äußerst freudlichem Personal.
Pros:

Lage direkt am Strand. Am Pool viele Betten zum Entspannen. Das Hotelpersonal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Die Betten im Zimmer sind sehr bequem. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 03) war darüber hinaus sehr sauber. Hervorzuheben ist das Bad mit einer großen, begehbaren Dusche. Beim Frühstück kann aus drei Menüs gewählt werden (Full, Vegetarian u. Local). Auf Extrawünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Das Essen war durchgehend sehr gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei - besonders empfehlenswert ist die Meeresfrüchteplatte. Unser Kind hat die Pancakes und den Pool geliebt. Wer zwischendurch arbeiten oder so im Internet surfen möchte, findet ein sehr gutes WLAN (Wifi). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Für unser Zimmer hätten wir uns noch einen Ständer für nasse Badebekleidung und Handtücher gewünscht. Diese Anregung wurde vom Hotelpersonal gerne entgegengenommen. Der Safe im Zimmerschrank war leider nicht fest verbaut, diesen hätte man daher einfach so mitnehmen können.
