small but clean and room rate is very reasonable with 3 stars facilities. Balcony is lovely and view to Nam Khan River. Morning Sun rising is very amazing and irreplaceable experience scenery. In room amenities are unexpected as natural coffee, tea and safe box. Especially, bed very nice and comfort to sleep. Very short distance to the night market and a lot restaurant near by and only 5 minutes to tourists attractions, ATM and famous temples.
Highly recommended for stay at Luang Prabang.

This place is quaint, cozy, and quiet with lovely ambience. The location is good with many restaurants, cafés and night market at walking distance.

I stayed here for four nights in January 2020. The first night I was in a non-balcony room, and then had three nights in a room with a balcony, both on the upper level. The place is very new and in excellent conditioner, and the owner is really such a lovely woman. I appreciated that she was very responsive in our communications prior to my arrival. The beds and bedding are so comfortable that I was able to sleep really well here. I like that the drinking water provided in the rooms is in glass bottles rather than plastic. For breakfast they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I needed to change flights and the owner was a huge help to me in making local phone calls. The location is away from the main stretch, so it's quieter, yet there are still places around to eat and shop. I'm really happy I chose to stay here of all the options in Luang Prabang.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has just opened and is fresh and clean. The breakfast is excellent! We liked the location; not on the peninsula, but in a really interesting neighbourhood. The owner was very helpful.

Stay there for 3 nights on last week of December. The owner Mrs.Moon is so helpful. I also love having breakfast along Khan river. Reasonable price, 10 minute walk to Night Market. Definitely stay there again.

This is one of my favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Luang Phabang! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the general manager, and staff was extremely friendly. The room has a great view by the river. I really enjoyed to sit at the barcony and feel the town of world heritage.
I truly enjoyed walking around the town from the hotel which is closer to many Loung Phabang attractions, Mount Phousi. Buddhist Temple, Royal Temple Museum, Wat Xieng Thong Buddhist Temple, night market and more..
This is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

The proprietor Moon was very accommodating to our needs. It was a 7 minute walk to the night market. You are near the river. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Near many restaurants which are excellent.

We were most probably the first customer to book at this property. It had zero reviews when booking but as it was a major holiday in Luang Prabang, most other guest houses were full and we needed accommodation for a family of 5. This hotel offers good family rooms.
The hotel condition was good although some parts of the facility needed some fixing, which we indicated to the very responsive and attentive personnel in charge.
Main problem was that hotel location on Google Maps was totally off!
