Nice and comfortable. Recommended!
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, and the location was great, close to a metro station that makes it easy to get downtown. I'd say the price-to-quality ratio is unbeatable. 100% recommended!

Cons:

We first had to change of room as it was very smelly (moist and humidity, the AC filter was very dirty). The lady at the desk was lovely and helped. We changed room it was a little better.
Unfortunately we had to leave a day before and the hotel confirmed that they would refund us the extra night without problem. I reached them again over the phone later in the week and they confirmed another time, however, they never refunded us or answered to my emails. I don’t appreciate that all the agents I’ve had at the desk or on the phone openly lied to me. Very curious customer policy…
