Wonderful
Pros:

I love the convenience of where it’s located. We did a hockey game, which was in the hotel. We ate dinner and breakfast outside the hotel, but within walking distance of our hotel.

It was ok but we will not be back.

The staff was very nice

Cons:

The shower door wouldn't open we had to have maintenance come in. We asked for an extra pillow that we never received. The construction was loud and there were screaming kids in the next room for hours.

Solid hotel stay to enjoy Boise downtown
Pros:

Stayed one night for new year eve. A truly solid luxury hotel. Nothing fancy but everything is nice. The complementary champaign at check in is a very nice touch and welcoming.

We enjoyed the hotel's perfect location. It is on the capitol blvd and very close to the capitol building for new year celebration.

Exceptional!!
Pros:

I ordered room service for dinner and for breakfast. The food that was delivered was absolutely spectacular!!! The interior design in the room was comfortable and high-end! The staff was very helpful and kind!

Cons:

The hot tub and steam room were both out of order.

Excellent stay in an excellent property. We will absolutely return to this property next time
Pros:

Location is terrific- front desk staff spent time trying to find us a nice room. Very helpful and very pleasant. The gym is also FANTASTIC! I was an executive with AAA during my career and this definitely met 4 Diamond expectations.

Cons:

No cups in the room for coffee or water. No instructions on where to get water (we figured it out) Also never heard from anyone when we requested the airport shuttle when we originally did our booking.
