Pros:

Aesthetics were a cool modern vibe. Bar and restaurant looked nice but didn’t get a chance to try. Appreciated flight update screen at front desk.

Cons:

Not enough elevators and had to wait in line in cramped corridor to get on. Sometimes staff were there transporting things as well and had to skip guests.
Sheets were a bit hard/starchy and got warm.

Location was fine, and I appreciated that they let us check in early.

Cons:

I didn’t get the room I paid for on Booking.com. They said I shouldn’t have booked from a 3rd party site. Room was like a hospital room than a hotel room - about as comfortable too. Definitely not worth the premium price.

Absolutely loved this place and the staff went over and above to make sure my husband had a happy birthday!
Pros:

The location was amazing. Connected to the arena. We went to a hockey game and a comedy show there. Was great to just walk a few steps a you are there.
