This property was in a convenient location

Cons:

Room didn’t seem very clean. Front desk couldn’t find my pre check in information. Free breakfast was basically non existent. Hallways smelt of weed.

Never buy insurance they do not honor it. An issue to pass along to Attorney General and FTC.
Cons:

Booked through Booking.com, have insurance in case of cancellation. Did no good, was still charged.

First night great service and staff was very nice. Very clean facility with all your needs.

Cons:

First night excellent service. Second night a female running the the front desk, Micha or Michelle was very rude. Didn't receive wake up call. I was very sick and on family business with my family in ICU and was asking questions, now giving I was losing my voice because I was sick, there was no reason for her to tell she didn't have time for me she had to set up breakfast. Let's not mention I had to call her from the front desk to reach her at all. I would say this employee needs compassion or to find another job. She was the only problem I had with this stay. Further more I would love for someone to reach out and explain the situation. I drove 18 hours in a storm to help family and I was sick my self. This I find unexceptual. If your guest are sick and family is in ICU you should show more compassion.

Worst hotel stay I have experienced

Cons:

Besides paint peeling and poor construction going on-the window blind was broken, the microwave did not work, it took 10 min for water in shower to get hot, then I could hardly get it down to normal temp, water pressure in shower was so low I could hardly get my hair washed, tub was painted and extremely slick, staff was not friendly at all- borderline rude
