Good accommodation
Pros:

We got the marriage suite and it was better than expected.

Cons:

We went out to get dinner and when we left the room, I made sure the door was shut and locked. However, when we returned, the door was open. The room hadn't been broken into and meybe the door didn't lock but this made us a little anxious when we went to bed so it might be worth it to check this out, to make sure there's no problems with the door.

It would also be nice to have more dim lights to create a more cozy environnement.

Hotel a 10 min. andando del centro histórico de la ciudad, con todas las comodidades dentro de la habitación y donde tuvimos un trato amable y estupendo por parte del personal. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Pros:

Pokoje czyste, obsługa miła i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo dobre , dostępny wyciskany sok z owoców pomarańczy, kawa z ekspresu. Hotel zapewnił nam bezpieczne miejsce do przechowywania rowerów . Polecam.

Localizacao excelente
Pros:

Super limpo. Pedi copos de vidro e o recepcionista da noite disponibilizou rapidamente. Banheiro muito bom com agua quente. Localizacao excelente perto de um centro comercial e supermercado.

Cons:

Talvez colocar uma chaleira pra agua quente no quarto poderia ser um adicional.

Ótima localização e cama confortável
Pros:

A localização é excelente, em especial para quem vá fazer os caminhos de Santiago. A cama articulada, permitiu encontrar uma posição de dormir exatamente igual à de casa. Deve ter sido a primeira vez que não estranhei a cama.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço pobre. Não é mau mas não tinha muita variedade. Faltavam ovos mexidos e bacon, por exemplo. Porém, longe de ser um factor negativo, nada disso.

Pros:

A localização e atendimento foram úteis para o propósito da nossa viagem, que era o caminho de Santiago de Compostela, mas para quem quer conhecer o centro de Pontevedra fica um pouco distante.

Cons:

Os quartos e banheiros precisam ser modernizados.

It was quiet, there were candies on the desk 😊, the bathroom was equipped with everything one can dream, there were even slippers, the bed was hight adjustable and very comfortable

La proximité par rapport au centre ville
la possibilité de se garer en face de l'hotel pour un prix correct

very clean, great linens, bathrobe etc. Vey good breakfast

no AC , older rooms with old carpet.
Not easy to communicate with staff, little english. Location is not tbat close to town and restaurants

Cons:

After weeks walking the Camino and staying in all kinds of accommodation, usually family run, with friendly helpful hosts it was interesting to stay at a Don Pepes.... some kind of hotel franchise, corporate operation, no doubt therefor, with toxic management from the top down, meaning the staff were unhappy, unfriendly, and miserable.
And presenting itself as a luxury hotel... some Netflix in the room would help. Also, what is going on with the Poio side of the river? It's like a bomb site, with the beautiful historic town of Pontevedra just across the bridge having everything. Don't stay in Poio, and don't stay at Don't Pepe... they lack the Camino spirit.
