The staff was the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with by the time I was leaving I felt as though I had been there for months. I was only there for 4 days I think.
There is not one thing that I did not like . I loved everything about this property.
Our double bed room was huge! I’ve had apartments smaller than this. You have a seating area in a bay window with a table and two chairs, a desk, and a bureau with drawers under the very large flat screen TV. And a big closet with built ins. There is also a sink/wet bar with a small refrigerator. To top it off with a very large bathroom with lovely fixtures, a great shower, and big tub. The towels are very nice and fluffy, the bathroom stocked with all the toiletries you could need. The beds are very comfortable with fantastic pillows. There’s a deck to sit on for guests only on the 5th floor with chairs, and fire tables that they light at night. Great views and ambience! And the greatest part of this Inn is the cleanliness and housekeeping. In addition, every night they dropped off a glass carafe with water and two glasses and some chocolates. The service here is impeccable. They were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze, our room was even ready an hour early. You can’t beat the location, it’s at the doorstep of the Pike Place Market. All the shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Seattle. We have traveled to every major city in the country and this was one of the top hotels we have stayed at.
The Inn is located in the Pike Place Market and is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
From check in to dinner, breakfast, and check out the service was great. the location was super convenient for going to waterfront or market, or around the city. Cost was reasonable for down town and rooms was super clean and safe. Will definitely be going back.
Our family of 4, two adults and two teenage boys, stayed here for a short spring break getaway. The check in process was super easy and we were notified as soon as our rooms were ready. The rooms are spacious and decorated so beautifully but comfortable too. The ability to walk to restaurants, activities and sites is amazing. We highly recommend this hotel!
The Inn at the Market provides a great location near Pike Place market. Also, if you can afford a water view room, it is certainly a great view of the Ferris wheel, ferries, city lights, and the distant Olympic mountains if clear. All this makes for a rather magical experience. It also comes of course at a pretty high price so you will need to expect to pay for it. We take the sounder train as we head up from the Puyallup area either at Federal Way or Angle Lake. This will save you another $70 parking fee. One other nice amenity is the rooftop terrace complete with several propane fire pits that help take the chill off of the cooler evenings during the spring. The view from the terrace is also stunning. Also, if you are heating up food… Don't expect a microwave in the room. Only a very small refrigerator.
Picked the hotel based on the proximity to the market & it exceeded our expectations. Great location, clean, friendly, supplies were nice, valet was easy to utilize.
Location was excellent
The wine bottle in the mini bar was half empty on arrival
This place is simply the best. It may not have the panache of a "large" hotel but the location is second to none and the staff is TOP NOTCH. I strongly recommend a water view room (you can't go wrong with an 02, 04, 06 room) and if you need a suite they have them as and they're MASSIVE.
This a 5 Star boutique hotel that provides excellent service and value.
All staff were universally professional, helpful, courteous and excellent - A wonderful experience, wonderful stay….. we didn’t want to leave!
I booked and paid for this hotel specifically for the room with a water view, but I didn't get such a room. When I requested the room I had booked, I was told the hotel was fully booked and that a water view room wasn't available. The front desk also mentioned that I should have known this somehow and should have called ahead. They also said that the side window had a water view, so it was considered a water view room. I think I was supposed to receive a $100 credit per night, but I am unsure if I got it, and I don’t know how much the rooms facing the street cost. In any case, I bragged to my wife about the room, and I ended up disappointed.
Visited to attend a memorial for a market booth owner's son and the location of the Inn allowed us to help not only attend the memorial but to asist with transportation and setup, very appreciated!
Hubby and I needed a break from caregiving so we flew to Seattle for a brief respite. I was looking forward to being 'in the heart' of it all and we found a deal at Inn at the Market! I was definitely in the heard of downtown Seattle. Pike Place Market had lots of dining options and the proximity to the waterfront was great! We got a lot of steps in while eating delicious dishes! This is my second visit to the hotel and it did not disappoint. We are both looking forward to our next stay!
We’ve stayed here several times and love the location. The updated rooms are lovely and the waterfront view is stunning. A very nice boutique hotel close to everything.
We live in Seattle but wanted a night away from home and kids and had a lovely stay at the inn. The service was excellent. We messed up our reservation, but they were very accomodating. The hotel decor is gorgeous, and the view from our room was excellent -- it overlooked the market and the sound. We enjoyed strolling the market early before the crowds built. There was some noise from pedestrians our late during the night, but not a big deal.
