Exceptional - I hope to return very soon!

The staff was exceptional. They were patient assisting us through our crisis on a delayed flight to our next destination due to severe weather. Kudos to Mr. Perez, Tilly, Daniela, Ms Chile - front desk associate, the trainee
at the front desk, Bill and Melissa from housekeeping. Your exceptional service was greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Large size of rooms, including bathroom. Wardrobe, mini bar, air conditioning, desk etc.

A cheap option but a little overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

One of the cheapest options available.
Accommodated a family of one parent and two kids in four single beds.
Room is nice and dark with curtain closed.
Close to train line.

Cons:

Staff weren’t overly welcoming.
Decor is quite dated.
Probably a little overpriced for what it is.
Noisy in the morning - unfortunately we were on the conference floor and there was a conference on.
