Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The coffee from the cafe downstairs was delicious.

Cons:

Picking up our bags, there was a line up and only one person working at the counter. It took some time to pick up bags.

Good staff, good location, good room. Poor housekeeping and noisy.
Pros:

Room was well laid out, clean and comfortable, staff were great. Close to station and city.

Cons:

Three night stay and the tea, coffee, milk etc were not replaced. Room not cleaned. Heaps of noise throughout the night from bins etc outside from the hotel next door.

Great location, lovely large rooms, nice facilities.
Pros:

Good location, nice clean large rooms.

Cons:

Rooms were hot and difficult to cool with air conditioner. Twin beds were not separated, as requested. Only one towel in twin room. Had to keep asking for assistance with these things.
