Zeer ruim appartement op loopafstand van strand en boulevard in rustig gedeelte van Benidorm.
Pros:

Prima, ruim appartement met uitzicht op strand en zee in rustige deel van Benidorm. Strandtentjes op loopafstand van appartement. Wanneer je naar de boulevards van Poniente of Levante Beacht wil dan is een fiets wel noodzakelijk.
Veel bergruimte en grote, goed uitgeruste keuken.
Ruime parkeerplek in parkeergarage tegen betaling.

Cons:

In de kamer staat een bedbank die echt slecht is voor je rug en waar je niet lang op wil zitten. Het alternatief is 1 redelijke relaxstoel of 2 eetkamerstoelen.
Op maandag en zaterdag is de straat voor het appartementcomplex bezet door een markt en kan je niet met de auto bij het appartementcomplex komen. Wij waren hierover niet vooraf geïnformeerd.

Bien ubicado y alojamiento amplio

Cons:

Es parte de una residencia geriátrica y no se especificaba en la descripción. Se describía que había gimnasio y no había. Se decía que había cafetería y restaurante pero había que avisar el día anterior y era el recinto en que comían los residentes permanentes.

Nearly a good stay, needs improvement.
Pros:

Took over 10 minutes and two receptionists to check me in. Signed paperwork in Spanish with no translation available. No on site car park available, no bar, no payable breakfast offered. Nice room, great air conditioning already on. Lovely view from the overheated balcony as the air conditioner pointed right over it. Accessible shower soaked the whole bathroom floor and the bathroom mirror was dirty above hand reaching height. Pool came up to my hips. Could be a wonderful over 55s resort if some smart thinking on upgrades was done.

Convenient and friendly
Pros:

Wonderful front staff and management. No complaints there at all. Only an issue with the shower drainage (it did not drain and the floor stayed saturated and flooded). Once reported, the maintenance tried to say it was user error but I have stayed in a different unit before with no problem. I hope it gets resolved.

Todo excelente lo.unico malo son los colchones que son de 10cm y no hay opciones de otro,solo estos colchones peses 60kg o 120kg.tengas alguna enfermedad osea o problemas de espalda.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes y zona de ocio, las instalaciones en general, muy bien. Total independencia con la residencia, muy recomendable.
