There is nothing I can say positive about this place.
This place was so sub par. It was not clean did not have any of the amenities that were stated online.
There were no covers in the room. The bathroom sink dtain was clogged.
Where to begin do not waste your money on this place. We were the second floor and there was a trash area behind the door, but you would never know it was behind the door because the whole place wreaked of trash! The TV and the room we booked was smashed black lights through it the place was filthy it stuck to high heaven even almost throw up going in to the place. The best thing about this hotel is Romero he was the front desk hero! He was so nice friendly and welcoming he couldn't find a better person to run a front desk!
We did like anything about the place except for Romero who worked the front desk he needs a raise he's very very happy for working at a place so disgusting!
The value of the stay cannot be beat. Stayed here during the NFL Draft for 4 nights, which you would expect would be quite expensive, and it was around $650 for the whole stay.
The hallways did have a smell that was not pleasant, but it did not linger into the rooms which was all we cared about
I was expecting for more of varieties on the breakfast and I don’t mind paying extra for it. Overall it was ok
We felt comfortable even with the old appliances but if it could be upgraded, it would be great
The location was close to downtown
Non-existent staff, very dirty, there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Booking.com says that there is breakfast but there wasn't any. I'm very disappointed.
My room was not clean whenever I got there first off second off when I first called the person over the phone was not very polite whenever I did get there there was this black couple younger, they were cussing in the lobby out loud and talking about drugs the rooms were very poor, not very clean neither were the bathrooms. The rooms smelled like old and musty stinky feet smell. It was definitely not worth $160.
Utterly disgusting and ghetto.
Everything. Filthy rooms, and filthy hotel.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a large stain on the carpet, the mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a large insect climbing the wall near the bed at 3:45 AM.
