Beautiful design. Extremely peaceful. Close to hikes. The staff were so helpful. The food was delicious. It was heavenly.

Les infrastructures modernes sont fantastiques, les repas (petit-déjeuner, repas après-midi et repas du soir) sont de haute qualité, avec la possibilité de goûter des vins locaux. L'espace wellness est formidable. De plus l'emplacement est idyllique, au pieds des montagnes (à 2 minutes à pieds des télécabines qui vous mènent au centre d'un panorama extraordinaire unique avec des possibilités de marches accessibles à tous les niveaux.

I am an American luxury travel advisor who lived in Europe for 2 years. I met the owner at a travel conference this year in the Dolomites and immediately knew I wanted to experience this property for me to better speak on it for my clients. Lea and her husband Simon own and operate the property. If you got a chance to read the story of the inspiration to Sensoria Dolomites, you can feel the passion as this 47 room boutique property has been passed down the family line which to me, just elevates the intimacy of it in total. Intimacy went hand in hand with my experience there as I think it creates the most hospitable environment.

Starting with the fact that Simon, the owner himself, picked me and my friend traveling with me up from the train station. Upon arrival at the hotel, I felt at home and was greeted by warm faces and of course a natural in-house Sensoria aperol spritz (you must try) in the garden. I immediately noticed the strategic design as I was inside, I felt as though I was outside with the greenery, plants, Dolomite mountains tops, and sunlight surrounding the property. I could tell there was so much thought put into the details that made me understand their motto "luxury for the soul".

I had a warm welcome of personal written notes, actually usable booklets and postcards with information in my room. Although it did face the street and the garden courtyard, the street hardly took away from anything and was not noisy enough for me to comment on. But if that is something you notice, I advise to specifically request a room that is not facing the street.

The pillows and the bed. Let me just say, DREAMY. I loved that even the entry level rooms were very spacious with an area to hang up your clothes and store your luggage. I always love a hotel that collabs with Aesop for shampoo/soap/lotion. I was in luck because Sensoria surely partners with them, as well as another brand that is Not Just Body Care which is a local Italian alps brand.

I think my one of my standouts about this property though was the food. The all-day inclusive package is the way to go for so many reasons. You get an incredible breakfast, healthy afternoon snack, and a six-course dinner every day. THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. It was so beyond fresh and dishes I have never tried before. I have a lot of allergies and they were extremely accomodating to this for me. I know trying new food is not for everyone, and I loveed that they had options off the set menu as well. As I have now experienced personally over 7 properties in the Dolomites region, this property was one of the only ones that also included drinks in the package which was HUGE! Lea said "when you go on vacation, it is already an investment. When you get a bill from dinner and see how much the drinks add up to, it can leave you with a grimy feeling inside... we don't want you to feel that." This was it for me.

Now last but not least, the amenities and location. In the all-inclusive bundle, guests get access to all spa areas. My favorites were the various sauna options and also the rest room, where there are day beds that stare into the forest trees. Talk about relaxing. A book in hand, a coffee (included by the way) by your head, maybe a little nap in store.

We participated in the sauna infusion event at 6:00PM with Antonio which was Dirty Dancing themed. All I can say is you must go experience this local ritual practice in the sauna room. It was a awesome and Antonio was wearing leather pants and a Patrick Swazye wig. I will leave it there.

This 4 star property felt like 5 star in all the ways. Truly memorable and I understood the "luxury for the soul" statement they stand by by the end. All 5 senses were activated.

My stay at Sensoria Dolomites was one of the happiest and most memorable experiences of my life.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the beautiful atmosphere, the gentle fragrance of the hotel, and the kindness of the wonderful staff. Their hospitality was always thoughtful, professional, and sincere.

The architecture, Japanese garden, mountain views, sauna, heated pool, and peaceful surroundings created a deep sense of relaxation. Every meal was also exceptional, from the morning cappuccino and fresh breakfast to the beautifully prepared gourmet dinners.

What made Sensoria truly special was not only its beauty and comfort, but the warmth of the people. Every detail felt carefully considered, and the whole stay became an unforgettable memory.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I sincerely hope to return someday, and I highly recommend Sensoria Dolomites to anyone seeking beauty, peace, and genuine hospitality.

I stayed at Sensoria Dolomites for 11 days in June 2026, and it was a truly beautiful and unforgettable experience.

What impressed me most was the atmosphere of the place. The architecture, mountains, light, air, and quietness all felt naturally connected. It is not only a hotel, but a place where you can really feel the surrounding nature.

The team was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive, and the quality of the food was excellent. I was also inspired by the owners’ active and positive way of working.

Sensoria is a special place for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, nature, and a deep sense of quietness. I am very grateful for the experience.

Our stay at Sensoria Dolomites was nothing short of magnificent. It is a rare place that perfectly balances high-end luxury with a cozy, deeply welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home.

By visiting and staying at multiple places, this is one top! Also, the surroundings and villages are so cozy and nice. Top level of gold club (St Vigil) is just 5 min away and gondola to SEISER ALM ALPE DI SIUSI is just walking distance (5min!).

Every single element of our stay exceeded expectations. The design of the hotel is stunning, calming, and blends beautifully with the breathtaking mountain scenery. Lea and Simon has been there all the time to make sure that we enjoy staying there. One of very important thing - your option for all inclusive will make you free from choice of what to eat, where to go but simply let you focus on relaxation. Their drinks and culinary level is superb!

The staff treated us like family, anticipating every need with genuine smiles. We also thoroughly enjoyed the incredible culinary experience and the world-class wellness spa, which made our time here truly unforgettable. I still enjoy post card and their booklet after returning to home by remembering all good memories.

We’ve been lucky to stay all over the world. Of all of our stays, sensoria takes top spot. Not only were the accommodations and shared spaces exceptional, the attention to detail and effort shown by the staff was world class. The meals were extremely memorable. The owners take part in the daily operation of sensoria and you can feel how that shapes the experience. I also cannot recommend sensoria’s planning and special services enough. They ensured that I was supported throughout special event planning processes. I don’t have enough great things to say about this establishment! Sensoria Dolomites is a dream. I visited once in 2024 and loved it so much I brought a whole group back in 2025.

The hotel is simple and chic, giving you the feeling of stepping into a stunning art gallery the moment you arrive — while somehow still feeling like home. Lea, the owner, has an eye for design that brings to life an experience unlike anything else I’ve found in the Dolomites: she fuses Japanese architecture, natural textures, modern art, and that distinct Dolomiti spirit into something that immediately calms you and brings you closer to nature, all without sacrificing comfort.

The staff are just as special. Their care, humor, and kindness show up in every detail. Patrick took us on a guided hike up Seiser Alm — horses grazing, mountains all around, and a perfect stop for a treat along the way. And the desserts and plates throughout our stay were beautiful in the same way the hotel is: natural, simple, and artistic, like little edible extensions of Lea’s design sense.

If you want a place that feels as good as it looks, Sensoria Dolomites is it. It really is luxury for the soul.

This was our second stay at Sensoria Dolomites, and it was even better than the first. The peaceful atmosphere, stunning mountain views, and exceptional hospitality make this place truly special. Everything, really great place, attention to details, good staff, great food...

Overall was het een hele fijne experience. De lokatie was super, op 3 minuten lopen van de gondel. De mensen waren buitengewoon vriendelijk. Het ontbijt geweldig, het aanbod voor de middag ook en aan het diner werd ook veel aandacht besteed. De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden lekker. Ook de badkamer is perfect, ruime douche met heerlijke producten van Aesop.
