A hidden gem
Pros:

Location location location ! Tucked away right in the middle of shops & cafes . Easy walk to the lake front . Room was a good size , breakfast decent. The road is serviceable by taxis too . The reception was manned by 2 exceptional people...Maurice & Sofia .( hope I have got the names right )They went out of their way to help make our stay smooth... from booking us taxis to trying to find us good restaurants and many more things . Thank you to both of you !

Magnífico hotel, en una ciudad y un entorno maravilloso.
Pros:

Nos ha encantado el hotel, en general. Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Pequeño hotel con todos los servicios que se necesitan en un viaje como el nuestro, donde nos hemos pasado todo el día fuera, y lo que más hemos valorado es su ubicación, su limpieza, la atención de todo su personal, especialmente Francesca. Y, desde luego, la relación calidad/precio excelente. Absolutamente recomendable.

Cons:

No tenemos nada que podamos decir que no nos gustó.

Top Lage, aufmerksamer Service, sorgsamzusammengestelltes Frühstück!

Die Sauberkeit, die Lage sowie das Frühstück, alles war sehr top!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war immer etwas dunkel, da es nur ein Fenster mit Aussicht an eine Wand gab. Das ist das Einzige, was am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas gezerrt hat.

Litet och trevligt boutique-hotell, kommer definitivt att bo där igen!
Pros:

Läget var perfekt, för den som är van att gå lite så var det promenadavstånd från stationen. Perfekt för vidare promenader och äventyr i Como. Helt fantastisk personal och en frukost to die for!

Cons:

Jag saknade bara en sak - en läslampa vid sängen. Nu måste man ha taklampan på om man ville läsa på kvällen, men det är ju verkligen bara en liten sak. Glömde att tipsa om det vid utcheckningen då jag var fullt upptagen med att berömma deras yoghurt, den godaste jag ätit någonsin :).

The perfect stay in Como
Pros:

Great location, rooms in top condition and nice extras such as toiletries and an espresso machine.
The staff was just amazing.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we'd extended it by another night!

A fantastic location run by lovely people and a very comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The rims were very comfortable, the staff were absolutely delightful. I quite liked the modest breakfast and it was an amazing location and good value for money.

Cons:

I loved the property, but next to my room was a room with the cleaning products and so the door constantly slammed heavily. I got used to it but it would be nice to find a way for that door to be permanently open and not heavily slamming all the time. It’s just a little thing. Everything else was perfect.
