Our room could have been a bit larger
That was our only negative
We loved the staff especially Francesca. She was amazingly helpful.

Everything was absolutely brilliant fro them organising our collection from the Airport, to check in, lovely comfy room, drink on arrival whilst checking in, help with finding and booking a manicure as we were attending a wedding and my nail needed repair to wonderful breakfast in the morning. Wonderful location - wonderful helpful and kind staff and we will absolutely stay there again if we needed a hotel in the centre of Como... would absolutely recommend and thank you!

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Allgemein gute Ansichten, die Umsetzung wirkt teilweise etwas bemüht und nicht so funktional.

El estado de las instalaciones. El hotel parece bastante nuevo. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal amable.

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt, abends aber ruhig, da in einer Geschäftsstrasse. Sehr ansprechend gestaltetes modernes Boutiquehotel mit sehr freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal. Gutes Frühstück, das auch auf dem kleinen Vorplatz eingenommen werden kann.

Bereits zum 3. Mal und es hat wieder alles perfekt gepasst :)

Nice hotel with nice facilities

The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from the train station. It is in a very good location close to restaurants and shopping. Also, it is a very short walk to the lake. They also were able to check in my daughter who was in Como already as my flight was canceled. They made us a breakfast box to go as we had a early morning train ride.
The hotel staff were gracious and friendly.

We also want to praise Marguerita, who was equally helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping service was simply perfect: we would go out, and when we came back, everything was already tidied up, the bed linens changed, the bathroom spotless, I’ve never seen such attentive cleaning service. Perfect, perfect, perfect!
The comfort also deserves a special mention: the bed is extremely comfortable, giving us wonderful nights of sleep.
Breakfast was impeccable, very well served, with special thanks to Agnese, who took care of us with great attentiveness and warmth, always helpful.
The location is great, but what truly stands out is the spotless cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Ten out of ten for the whole team! We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you so much, Janaka, Marguerita, and Agnese, for everything! 🙏✨

This is a little hidden gem in Como. Great location, excellent service, friendly staff. Specially Francesco was very informed and helpful. It’s indeed a boutique hotel!

Goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel en schoon

The hotel was well appointed and exceptionally clean. The air conditioning was very good and user friendly. Located centrally. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee.
