Das Einzelzimmer war einfach eingerichtet. Es war sauber. Das Frühstück war super. Das Hotel war in der Nähe der Lanxess Arena. Super Lage zur Stadt

Comfortable stay in Cologne
Pros:

The property was very comfortable and the staff very attentive. The included breakfast was excellent as was the location. It was an easy walk to public transport and very close to a range of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Das Hotel war den kompletten Tag telefonisch (7 Anrufe!) nicht erreichbar.
Auf eine Nachricht über booking.com wurde auch erst nach 24 Stunden reagiert. Aber nicht mit einer Antwort auf meine Frage zum Zahlungsvorgang- sondern mit der Info- das das Zimmer ?! ( ich habe 5 Zimmer gebucht) im 4. Stock sei - und ich gerne stornieren kann- wenn mir das zu hoch ist.

Kundenservice unterirdisch, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück enttäuschend. Keine Empfehlung.

Una sauna del calor de la habitación.
Pros:

Cercania a la estación de Koln Messe.

Cons:

Colonia 39 grados en el exterior en la calle, y la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado solo un pequeño ventilador de unos 30 cm de diametro para toda la habitación, la temperatura en interior de la habitación era de 35 grados, insoportable no se podia dormir. Preguntamos si nos podrian dejar otro ventilador mas grande y la persona de recepción nos dijo que no tenian. En definitiva una sauna

Der Code für den Schlüssel war nicht korrekt, ich konnte das Zimmer nicht beziehen. Unter der Telefonnummer niemanden erreichen. Meine letzte Übernachtung mit Bookings. Nie wieder. Kundendienst nicht hilfreich.
