Pros:

Für unseren Zweck - 1 Übernachtung nach einer Veranstaltung- eine gute Lösung. Für ne Sightseeingtour auch gut gelegen. Sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Trotz Renovierung etwas unliebsames Ambiente. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in akzeptabler Nähe.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist recht zentral gelegen. Den Dom konnte ich mit einem 20 minütigem Spaziergang erreichen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz liegt ca 9 Min von Hotel entfernt und war mit rund 17€ für 4 Tage recht preiswert.
Das Zimmer war sauber, auf Anfrage habe ich ein kleineres Kissen zusätzlich erhalten. Frühstück hatte ich nicht gebucht, da kann ich nichts zu sagen.
Ich bin zufrieden gewesen und würde definitiv nochmal hier buchen.

Preis-Leistung stimmt, fantastische Lage, flexible Inhaber.
Pros:

Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr gute zentrale Lage - war für mich ideal in Messe/Deutz ankommend und auf dem Weg zur Lanxess Arena, weil das Hotel quasi genau in der Mitte liegt. Alles sauber, Inhaber super spontan mit meiner An- und Abreise außerhalb der Servicezeiten. Alles nah dran was man braucht (Drogerie, Rewe, einige Bars und Restaurants/Imbisse). Das Zimmer war bei den Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad noch angenehm herunterzukühlen abends. Ein kleiner Ventilator wurde bereitgestellt. Kostenfreies gut funktionierendes WLAN.

Für den im Verhältnis sehr günstigen Preis bekommt man hier ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist halt keine 5-Sterne-Luxusunterkunft und das ist völlig in Ordnung.

Super für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Ich war für eine Nacht da. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof und schnell in der lanxess Arena. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber und ruhig. Frühstück ab 7:30 Uhr.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht war alle super, man könnte aber noch eine Nachttischlampe aufbauen, damit man am Bett auch kleines Licht hat.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Preis Leistung passt leider überhaupt nicht. Zwei Personen, eine Nacht inkl.Frühstück für knapp €180,-. Online waren keine Frühstückszeiten zu sehen. Vor Ort wurde uns dann mitgeteilt das es ab 8 Uhr Frühstück gäbe. Ich habe dann gesagt ,dass ich um 7:45 Uhr das Hotel bereits verlassen muss. Kein Problem wurde mir versichert. Als ich jedoch um 7:30 Uhr vor dem Frühstücksraum stand, war noch alles verschlossen und dunkel. Dieser Aufenthalt war nicht die Hälfte wert. Leider hatte ich das Gefühl nicht in einen guten Hotel, sondern in einer billigen Absteige untergebracht worden zu sein. Wirklich schade.

Kurzer Weg in die Altstadt und zum Dom.
Gute Anbindung.
Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso Kioske, Drogerie und Supermarkt.
Ich hatte das Marilyn Zimmer, einfach toll! Es war ruhig, ich konnte mich auf meine Prüfung super vorbereiten. Hab auch bestanden. 😁
