Weekendowy wypad do Köln

Not a great deal to like about this property, it very very basic

Cons:

There was no coffee/ tea/milk sachets, there was no kettle, there was no ironing facilities, the cost of breakfast €17 is scandalous for what it consisted of. The Asian woman tried to charge me €5 for a cup of tea and when I pointed out it was only €2 across the road she said ok €2. This place is a rip off I would NOT recommend this place at all so avoid it!

Mittendrin - und gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Zu Fuß ist es vom Bahnhof Köln Deutz 12 Minuten. Für Bahnreisende ist das eine sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Fußgängerzone in Köln-Deutz und auch nicht weit von einer der Rheinbrücken. Man ist also mittendrin. Das Zimmer war recht eng, aber gut ausgestattet. Danke für den Ventilator, Die Fenster waren zu hoch um eine Aussicht zu haben, aber sie ließen sich gut öffnen - bei der Hitze am Tage eine gute Möglichkeit, nachts das Zimmer wieder herunterzukühlen. Kein Schrank, aber ein durchdachtes Garderobengestell. Das hat alles gepasst.
Das Frühstück habe ich fast verpasst - aber das liegt mehr an booking als am Hotel - ich konnte der Buchung leider nicht ansehen, dass ich Frühstück mit gebucht hatte. Das Frühstück war dann sehr gut (Obst, Kaffee).

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl und das Treppenhaus ist eng. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 3. Stock und zum Glück nur kleines Gepäck dabei. Also - ich will da nicht meckern - es ist halt ein altes Haus - aber die Info könnte für andere Reisende hilfreich sein.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin super gelegen zur Stadt auch zur Lanxess Arena nur wenige 100 Meter!
Frühstück war ausreichend und geschmackvoll abgerichtet!

Wir waren das dritte Mal dort. Dieses Mal sehr unbefriedigend. Denke, wir kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Es wurde nicht sauber gemacht. (der Papierkorb wurde geleert )
Eine Bodenleiste stand ab; das Bad etwas stümperhaft renoviert. Zu kleines Waschbecken. WC schon beim Bezug nicht 100% clean.
Zahnputzbecher erst nach 2x Fragen erhalten.
Frühstück war die letzten Male abwechslungsreicher.

Super aanrader.
Pros:

Dicht bij Laxess arena echt loopafstand. Er was een parkeerplaats geadviseerd doir locatie onder een brug. Op 350m afstand 24 uur koste 5 euro super 1 week kost 30 euro op die plek. Hele aardige dame ontbijt en koffie was ook prima er was genoeg. Kamer was ook rustig en goed bed met groot kussen.

You get what you pay for, dafür aber okay!

Sehr nettes Personal.
Lage im Herzen von Köln Deutz ist prima.
Die Dusche war sehr gut, groß, guter Wasserdruck, sofort warmes Wasser. Shampoo & Duschgel vorhanden.
Habe sehr gut geschlafen, gute Matratze.
Zimmer sehr sauber.
Zimmer mit hoher Decke, also viel Luft.
Guter, großer TV.
Frühstück mehr als ausreichend! Kaffee, Orangensaft, Brötchen, Butter, Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli...

Cons:

Waschbecken sehr klein. So klein das es auch keinen Zahnputzbecher gibt.
Im Zimmer ein Podest von ca. 50cm Höhe. Gut das ich, obwohl Rentner, noch rüstig bin, sehr alte Menschen werden sich schwertun da herauf- oder herunterzukommen, was aber nötig ist um das Fenster zu öffnen/schließen oder den Vorhang zu bewegen.
Es gab keinen Stuhl oder Sessel im Zimmer, Sitzgelegenheit also nur auf dem Bett (oder dem Podest). Auch keinen Schreibtisch oder ähnliches. Auch keinen Kleiderschrank.
Keine Klimaanlage aber zumindest ein Ventilator war vorhanden.
Lichtschalter neben dem Bett oder in der Nähe des Bettes gab es nicht, nur neben der Zimmertür. Auch keine Nachttischlampe neben dem Bett.
Alles in allem geht es bestimmt besser, aber angesichts des Preises (~75€) und des guten Schlafs den ich hatte will ich nicht wirklich meckern... Für eine oder zwei Nächte absolut ok und wirklich sehr sauber.
Ach ja, Parkplatz fürs Auto gibt es nicht in der Nähe, alles Anwohnerparken.
