Prima hotel voor een goede prijs.
Pros:

Fijne ligging in het centrum van Geilenkirchen met (gratis) parkeerplaatsen in de buurt. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door het aanwezige personeel. Badkamer was prima, ruime douche en voldoende handdoeken.

Cons:

We moesten een beetje zoeken om de goede ingang te vinden, hij leek voor ons aan de achterkant van het gebouw te zijn. Bij aankomst met de auto bij het hotel zagen we pas op het laatste moment dat dit het hotel was. Mocht was ons betreft iets duidelijker op de gevel aangegeven zijn.

A nice hotel made great by really helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location in the very heart of Geilenkirchen. Really helpful and pleasant staff helped make our tedious business trip really easy and pleasant.

Cons:

Geilenkirchen is a rather dreary, modern German town. We were there on business so that didn’t matter, but it’s not an area of outstanding natural beauty.

A wonderful experience of humanity
Pros:

It is a nice and practical location, due to the train and bus station in front of it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming starting with the owner to the cleaning persons. The all supported me in a difficult situation. Thank you so much!

Great location, able to check in after hours, nice room, easy parking, clean bathroom friendly staff
Pros:

I liked my stay here. I was able to check in late after hours with a code. Parking was easy because there is a lot to the right of the hotel. I stayed here while attending the beautiful Aachen Christmas Markets. The hotels in Aachen were way too expensive, so I just drove here when I was done eating and enjoying the amazing Aachen Christmas Markets. The staff was very friendly in the morning with me. The price was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good. All was excellent for me. I would stay here again if I come back to Aachen. Also make sure and check out the Aachen Cathedral. It is stunning. Beautiful old city area.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof, trotzdem ruhig, großes Zimmer, gute Betten, freundliches Personal.
Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig, geht aber extra.

Cons:

Alles war gut.
