Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

The first room I was assigned was an ADA room and it smelled like sewage. The second room was cleaner except one pillow had no pillowcase and there was a lot of garbage under the bed. I was too tired to go ask for a third room.

Dirty

Six bugs in the bed, killed two cockroaches in the kitchen. Left and went down the street. Couldn't reach anyone about a refund.

My Uber driver left my bag in the back with my ID and now I cant check in...even with Apple pay and an ID pic on my phone . Its the worst service I( have ever had. now i am sitting in the lobby at 1:30 in the morning waiting for the UBER driver to return my bag that says it could take 24 hours.

Room had bugs, hallways smelled like Marijuana, and someone had a cat in room with litter box ypu could smell in hallway as well. Room next to me had an eviction notice on door. Left after one night

Affordable

Our room smelt like smoke and was supposed to be none smoking and also had cockroaches! Pillow cases were stained and room was dirty! Asked for a hair dryer and the person working seemed unconvinced and said they would have to get one from storage and let me know. But never asked my name or room number. I had to tell them if they needed that and they said yes. Well I never got a call that they had the hair dryer.

My room smelled like smoke, the carpet was stained the lights didn’t work, phone also didn’t work, track molding on light fixture kept falling off and when I went to the front desk for extra towel and blanket the staff member told me “that for future reference I needed to do all requests before 11pm”. The staff member threw a bag of towels on the counter away from me instead of handing them to me. I would have if I’d known that no one was going to be there. We got back late due to my son winning State football championship. The young lady that checked me in and out was very nice. Thankfully we were only there to sleep.

This hotel is dirty, location is not great, feel unsafe, this is an extent stay, so just like rent a room in an apartment

I requested a bath tub stopper since our bathroom didn’t have one and we have a baby. It took over 2 hours and was passed the baby’s bedtime so we didn’t get it til the next day. Once we got it, I noticed the thing that hold the stopper in the tub was broken so it was useless. The room also smelled like smoke and mold. The kitchenette’s sink didn’t have hot water. Beds were in bad shape and squeaky so the baby woke up to any movement from us patents.

The hallways smell like trash and their is literally trash piles on the hallways like gross. I felt unsafe but it was too late to book another hotel just for the night and I live 2 hours away. I do not recommend I had my kids and I didn’t feel safe in this hotel at all.

The property was very trashy and way to expensive for what it was.

Tons of dead and alive bugs/roaches in the room. Whole hotel smelled like garbage. Room was very large but that’s about the only plus. Parking was free and there was a lot of it but if you parked in the back you couldn’t enter from the back. You had to walk all the way around to the front
