Excellent in every way! A fantastic, central place to stay in beautiful Tavira!
Pros:

We liked everything - room, central location, cleanliness, staff, and food at breakfast. A feeling of staying at a quaint, small guesthouse! Extra thanks for the staffs accommodation and help with some special needs that emerged during our stay!

Cons:

We would suggest some very soft background music at breakfast!

Just perfect.
Pros:

A truly delightful boutique hotel with spacious rooms tastefully decorated (walls covered with - mostly- high quality art, antiques aplenty), and with lovely staff (courteous, pleasant and helpful). It has a pleasing little courtyard with a salt water pool that must be a godsend in the summer. The bathroom in the junior suite was perhaps the best designed I have come across in a hotel with a spacious shower with good hot water and adequate pressure. A polished cement floor heated from below. Location was perfect. Oh and the breakfast was excellent too!

Cons:

You should be aware that although the junior suite is on the ground floor it feels like a basement but well lit with doors leading to a very little patio with a light well but with elegant planting. I suspect it’s delightfully cool in summerThe bed was a little too firm for our taste.

Beautiful, historic Tavira with very accommodating staff.
Pros:

High quality bed linens and they were pressed! Very friendly staff who gave their valuable insight about restaurants and the area. The breakfast was delicious, varied and plentiful. The breakfast room is quaint and historic as is the beautiful facility. I also enjoyed the courtyard with its beautiful lemon tree.

One of our trip's highlights, hope we can return one day.
Pros:

Very stylish but understated hotel in a great location overlooking the square. Gorgeous well appointed room. Welcoming and very helpful host. Breakfast was imaginative, fresh and had plenty of variety.

Beautiful building, ideal central location. Lovely decor, artwork and furniture. A great stay!

One staff member in particular went out of her way to help us and was great fun.
Wifi good so I could work whilst there.

Cons:

This is the only part of our stay that was a little disappointing. On the first day, we expected to get some warm food as well as the fruit, ham, cheese, quiche and bread. Nothing offered, despite a chef being there. On the second day, we were offered eggs. On the third day, nothing offered again, so asked for eggs and got them. The spread was lovely, a little light but it would have been nice to have some warm food too and some continuity. But, still good. We noticed a few guests were surprised at the lack of being offered warm food. But, it was still really good.
