Fantastyczna obsługa i wygodny pokój
Pros:

Wspaniała obsługa, fantastyczni ludzie pomocni na każdym kroku, zdecydowanie najlepszy personel hotelu z jakim mieliśmy do czynienia w Japonii :)
Na gości czekają szampan, ciastka i różne inne przekąski co jest mega miłą niespodzianką. Hotel jest jakąś minute od stacji Shinjuku Gyoenmae i parę minut od Sanchōme, więc jest to świetna baza wypadowa żeby zobaczyć resztę dzielnic Tokio. Okna się otwierają więc to ogromny plus, bo w Tokio to rzadkość, ale tutaj też odejmuję jedną gwiazdkę bo o ile cieszę się że mogłam otworzyć okno na całej długości, to było to bardzo niebezpieczne - za oknem 5 pięter w dół w przestrzeń między budynkami praktycznie bez wyjścia gdyby cokolwiek się stało, a okno było na wysokości łóżka więc odradzam spanie z otwartym :)
Ogólnie bardzo miłe wrażenia i wygodny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko 💖✨

Cons:

Niezabezpieczone okna na wysokości łóżka (okna otwierają się całkowicie i byłoby to ok gdyby nie fakt że nasze łóżko było tuż koło okna na tyle, że moznaby nawet wypaść pare pięter w dół)

If my room had a desk and one or more chairs I would have been very satisfied.

Not recommended (especially for claustrophobic)
Pros:

- Location and only

- Toilet/bathroom was decent

Cons:

- Super tiny rooms

- No fresh air and the only window of the room was 30x20cm and was looking at the wall of the neighbouring building that it was so close that if I would extend my arm out of the window I could catch the other building - that narrow

- No daily room service - In fact we had to inform the reception every single time we were leaving the room about what time we would come back just so they can change the towels!

In general, we paid over 110€ per night and the budget didn't reflect the value that we could have.

In every European capital with less budget we could have way better accommodation

Very convenient
Pros:

It was right by the shinjuku gyoen garden, shinjuku pit inn, a 7-eleven and only a ~10min walk to the Shinjuku train station. The staff was extremely nice as well.

Malgré tout très agréable et si je reviens l’année prochaine pour d’autres séminaires ou je le repre
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique et toujours présent pour nous apporter leurs aides

Cons:

Chambre trop petite car en déplacement pour séminaire et passage de grade de Kendo manque de place, juste un peu plus grand m’aurais convenu
Et le manque de petites étagères pour ranger un minimum pour quelqu’un restant 11 jours à l’hôtel
