Прекрасный гостиница
Pros:

Обслуживающий персонал на высшем уровне,на некоторых пятизв отелях так не бывает. Любым твоим вопросам отвечает и помогает.Особенно админстратор и ресепшены. Советую всем своим близким. Завтрак очень богаты и свежий.Если когда нибудь вернемся то обьязательно hotel villa palace!!!

Good Hotel
Pros:

Very good hotel, with the good location - next to 25 m. area. Rooms are nice and comfortable, food is tasty, staff is very helpful. Wifi was quite good, and there are many TV channels. Recommend for business, family or friends visits.

Pros:

Location is good. Food were not bad,but not great for this money.
We had a good balcony view to mountains.
Room was clean, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed in this hotel 26-28 December, in this days in hotel were a lot of groups of childrens,students and we couldn't sleep 1 night because of terrific noise. It was terrible, there is not telephones in the rooms. At 2 a.m. my husband went to reception for this problem.
The next day they sent us a plate of fruits, it's maybe for apologies, but they didn't say anything 🙊

Perfect location, close to the ski park. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The room has no renovation; we were given all the accessories for only one person, although it was booked for 2. We asked them to bring towels, slippers, and a bathrobe for 2, but they didn't. The breakfast was terrible, and wi-fi on the morning of the second day did not work at all for anyone; I don't know if they fixed it later since we moved out. On the plus side, we booked for three days but asked to cancel the reservation for the rest 2; the staff was helpful on this matter.

Pros:

it is the best place for rest in Bakuriani! perfect location, near was forrest and shops. Loveliest and kindness personal, food was very tasty , room clean and fresh! everyone was so attentive . thank you guys ! ♥️

Best vacation!
Pros:

My family and I went to this hotel for a week, but I'm sure I'll come her in winter too! Great room service, staff and food! Perfect location and prices, couldn't ask for anything better! I totally recommend!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel, lovely and helpful stuff, beautiful interior, amazing food 🤌, rooms are quite big and bads are very comfortable, location is perfect, especially for families,all the shops and restaurants are very close by, near the ski lifts (50m).

The hotel has a central location. Everything was nice
Pool was very clean. Food was delicious. We liked pork and georgian salads. If you will be there you have to eat pork.
