Allgemein alles gut. Das Badezimmer ist etwas abgenutzt. Rest alles gut.

Düğün için 1 gecelik konaklama için geldim. Hem ucuz hemde temiz bir otel atıyordum. Beklentim yüksek değildi. Ancak, beklenrimln üseünde bir oda ve temizlik ile karşılaştım. Tek kişilik oda sarınalmama rağmen çift kişilik aile odası vermişler. Tertemiz di. Kahvaltı, olması gerektiği kadar. Zangin değil ama gayet güzel karın doyuyor. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Merkeze yakın olması ayrı bir güzel özellik. Otel dışarıdan bakıldığında vasat görünsede, kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Before you pay for the room, check its condition. This room was right on the street, smelled like cigarettes, and was unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great location, btw.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Everything was good. My only problem was that my phone would not connect to the internet, but not sure it is the hotel or my phone.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’hôtel a été fermé par le gouvernement et nous n’avons pas été prévenu. À l’arrivée le propriétaire n’a fait aucun effort pour nous trouver une solution alternative !

Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer.

Vriendelijk personeel. Al spreken de meeste geen Engels. Zonder extra kosten kon ik de boeking een dag verzetten.
Het ligt in het centrum dus alles op loopafstand.

旧市街の中心部に近く、バスステーションからのバスが近くを通るのでアクセスが良い。部屋は値段なりだが問題ない綺麗さだった。

It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel.

But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. It's a total rip-off.

Also, they did not accept payment in euros. They wanted Turkish lira, and as I didn't have it at the moment, they made me pay extra in Euro.

I don't think I'd stay again in this hotel. It's not the worst, I'm sure, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. It was very problematic since communication was extremely limited and the staff at the reception kept adding absurd expenses and laughing at each other as I paid them.

If I were in a city where English was common, I might have reported them to the authorities . But all I wanted was to attend to my business, get through my booking, and get the hell out of that place.

The city has many other hotels; I recommend that you look around before booking this hotel. I wouldn't stay in it again ---EVER!

Hotel perfetto e pulito,due passi dal centro.Piccolo neo,la colazione piuttosto scarsa.

I've enjoyed staying at the hotel for its location in the city center and most if not all places that you wish to visit are within within walking distance. Also, there are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Strongly recommend it for everyone and I will be staying there in the future again.

bence covid önlemlerini abartmışlar, odaya su ısıtıcı vermiyorlar. buzdolabını bile iptal etmişler.
temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olabilirler.
laptop çalışma masası yetersiz, rahatsız edici, zaten öyle bir masa da yok aslında..
