Твёрдая 4+ для отеля.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение - 20 минут пешком в центр, 5 минут до лычаковского кладбища. Наличие собственной парковки, а не "запаркуйтесь на близлежащей улице", чистота на высоте.

Cons:

напор воды в кране (но это вопрос не к отелю), кровати сдвинутые, очень тонкое одеяло (потяжелее и потеплее бы), нет лампочек возле кровати, звукоизоляция. нет возможности выйти с паркинга. либо под шлагбаумом лезть, либо звонить и просить открыть.

Місцезнаходження.

Cons:

Постійно, декілька років, зупинялися в цьому готелі, але останній раз перебування було жахливе.
В покращеному номері на 3 - му поверсі (36 номер) не було опалення, навіть ввечері одна батарея була ледь тепла, а інша холодна. Вода в крані ледь ледь текла. З вікон, які розташовані в даху, дуло. Пообіцяли наступного дня переселити у номер на 2-му поверсі. Дали обігрівач та дві ковдри. Також було запропоновано номер люкс, але там було ще холодніше. Обігрівач вночі не вмикали, бо це, на мою думку, небезпечно.
На ранок повідомили, що номерів на другому поверсі немає. Запропонували інший, стандарт на 3-му поверсі.
Переїхали. Але, виявилось, що в 31 номері відсутнє опалення у ванній кімнаті, а з рушникосушарки капає вода.
Незважаючи на те, що ми двічі на рік зупинялися на 5-7 діб в цьому готелі вимушені були переїхати в інший. Оплату за ніч в холодному номері взяли повну, без знижок. Цікаве відношення до постійних клієнтів.
Дякую, Шерлок, але наша з тобою історія завершена.

Немає кафе чи ресторана. Підземна парковка максимально незручна - потрібно значну відстань обходити, прямого виходу до отелю немає... ціна номерів невідповідає сервісу... реклама в інстаграмі невідповідає дійсності...

Один з наших улюблених готелів во Львові

Приїждаємо як додому.

Cons:

Цей раз нас супроводжували технічні негаразди. В номері була відсутня вода - адміністратор миттєво переселила нас в двокімнатний номер, плюс в карму. Один з двох днів в номері було дуже холодно та періодично була відсутня гаряча вода. Так розумію, були якісь технічні проблеми.ю буває. На другий день все вирішилось.
