Solicito el reintegro de lo depositado con tarjeta VISA terminación xxxx xxxx xxxx 1769. la Sra conserje del Hotel dijo que antes de la pandemia no trabajan con Hoteles.com.
uds son unos estafadores el hotel es un Antro sucio de pésima calidad...

Saquen o aclaren que no hay desayuno
Pros:

Para el precio esta bien!. Muy sencillo básico
Pero yo reseve y pague con desayuno
Y al llegar ahi me encontré con que no habia ni siguiera a la habitación nada!!!

Saquen elhotel Lua desu pag xq no trabaja con ust.
Pros:

En el hotel me fue genial. Una pena que el hotel ya no está vinculado con la página de hoteles.com, hice mi reserva mediante está página, pague $2.500 y cuando llegue al hotel Lua me entero que no trabajan con esta página pero que siguen promocionando el hotel. Tuve que pagar en efectivo mi estadía en ese momento. Espero mi reembolso.

buena ubicación,el servicio no es bueno,la atención deficiente,en la habitacion no habia toallas ni toallones ,ni ni jabon ,ni papel sanitario y todo eso que se requiere para la higiene.tuve que ir personalmente a buscarlo,a pesar que me dijeron que lo llevarían,Mucho por Mejorar
