Camera e bagno puliti, letto comodo. La posizione è centralissima, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni del centro.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione: sia per attutire i rumori degli altri ospiti sia verso l'esterno tramite infissi migliori.

Pros:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im 4. (letzten) Stockwerk. Die Luft dort war extrem schlecht, die Klimaanlage hat auf Anfrage dann doch funktioniert, aber die Fenster und die Luftzirklulation hat leider gar nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer roch von Anfang an stickig und schlecht. Dafür aber ist das Personal wirklich lieb und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet wunderbar liebevoll gemacht, das hat alles wieder gut gemacht. Tolle, zentrale Lage, ganz nahe am Dom, nahe zu Solon U-bahn. Alles super!

Das Zimmer im letzten Stock stickig und schlechte Luft (keine Luft)

Ottima sistemazione in centro città, consigliato a tutti
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro città a piedi.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante.
Camera e bagno spaziosi, pulitissimi, letto molto comodo. Silenzioso.
Personale cortese e disponibile, soprattutto la ragazza italiana di Torino.

I know it’s a 3-star hotel and I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I do feel there were too many little things going wrong during our stay.
The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived and had to be changed. The bathroom door handle was broken and was replaced the next day, but only after I asked a few times. Then on our last day the main door system stopped working and that had to be changed as well. The shower tray also had quite a lot of ingrained dirt, which didn’t look very nice.
We also had an awkward situation at breakfast. The lady couldn’t find our room number on her list and didn’t seem to believe we were supposed to have breakfast. Her English wasn’t great, so there was a lot of back and forth with reception and in the end I had to go there myself to sort it out.
I completely understand that things can break and problems happen, and they were eventually sorted. But fridge, bathroom door, main door, cleanliness and then the breakfast issue all in one stay felt like a bit much.
I know it’s a 3-star hotel, but surely 3 stars shouldn’t mean having all these issues?

La habitación tiene una cama excepcional por tamaño y calidad, un buen baño, aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, nevera que enfría de verdad.

Colazione non molto ricca, discreta. Posizione ottima, vicino al centro, alla metro e alla fermata autobus.

Cons:

Il materasso troppo morbido e cedevole, mentre i cuscini ottimi, essendo un tipo un pò più alto e rigido l'altro soft.
