4스타급 호텔을 선택하면서 5 스타의 서비스를 기대하는 것은 절대 아닙니다 그러나 4박을 하면서 첫날은 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라와서 아침에 방을 바꿨고 또 두 번째는 세면기와샤워기에서 녹물이 흘러 나와서 다시 또 방을 바꾸게 되었습니다 그러나 어떤 직원도 물론 영어를 못 하더라도 죄송하다는 말 하는 직원도 없었고 그냥 자기도 모르겠다라는 말만 했습니다 그리고 식당 또한 손님이 있고 없고간에 주방에서 일하시는 분들이 두 분밖에 없어서 계란 후라이를 시키려고 해도 부담스럽고 여러 가지로 불만족스러웠습니다 결코 이것은 제가 앞에도 설명했지만은 4성급을 선택한 후 5성급의 서비스를 기대한 것은 아닙니다 저 또한 파타야를 여러 번 왔었고 이곳은 처음이었지만은 그래도 4성급이지만은 이것은 아닌 것 같습니다

Das Frühstück war miserabel, kein Geschmack, keine Auswahl, höchstens ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Poolbar war geschlossen, Musikrestaurant war geschlossen. Qualität der Bettwäsche war entäuschend. Das Hotel hat höchstens 2 Sterne verdient. Der Preis ist überrissen.

Pros:

L accueil du personnel était particulièrement satisfaisant! Le personnel était à l écoute du client ! Le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié ! Son emplacement bien situé entre deux routes très animées et proche à pied de la plage, et centre d intérêt !

Alles ist in gutem Zustand im Zimmer.
Personal war sehr nett.
Ruhige Lage und sehr nahe vom Beach.

Cons:

Die Umgebung des Pools war nicht so schön. Nur zwei Liegen, alles andere war mit einer Blache bedeckt. Der Pool selber war super.
Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig, und der Kaffee nicht als solchen erkennbar.
Wir haben ein Doppelbett gewünscht, jedoch zwei Einzelbetten erhalten.

Pros:

木曜日から月曜日の4泊しました。ホテルのスタッフはみんなきびきびしていて、大変よかったです。また、部屋はキレイでシーツやタオルも気持ちよかったです。Wi-Fiは少々遅く、時々途切れました。全体的にはよかったのですが、1点残念だったのは、朝食です。木曜日から土曜の朝食は、ホットミールがなく、卵料理のオーダーのみ、サラダのキャベツも色が悪くなっていて、食べる気がしませんでした。米もなく、パンのみです。これなら、朝食は頼まず、外で食べた方がよかったです。次回利用時は朝食なしでリピートです。

يفضل الحجز عن طريق الفندق مباشرا السعر في البكنج مرتفع
