They didn't have coffee or breakfast like they said it was just bad customer service

The fact that had to wait few hours longer than 3pm to check in cause no rooms were clean then first night there my room didn't have frig or microwave. Then I extended stay and got kicked out at 1230am because they didn't process payment from booking.com right they didn't do their job and when lady from booking called he said thete was no way to help me so me and my daughter were kicked out at 1230am in the rain. When I had already paid for my stay.

Missing refrigerator, smell of mold, unhelpful staff, no coffee in morning, etc. etc.

Room was dirty cold
When to use the heat smelling like it was on fire Smoke detector was not on the ceiling toilet did not flush went down to reception I told him the room was very cold and the heater was not working he just gave me a blanket
We left without unpacking

The facility is out at the back, the facility is dirty, the facility needs renovation, the bed is old and uncomfortable. It said free breakfast but when my bf went downstairs its all gone and it was only 9 am. Over all the palce needs a renovation and keep the homeless or drug people away. As we found a small zip lock bag ,who know whats in it as we flash it down the toilet .

I was charged two times and I stood one night in one room .I was charged by booking.com and when I got there they told me they couldn't find my reservation and I was charged second time for my room even though I got a free cancellation email from booking.com It was a mess

The room was dirty. The refrigerator had splatters on the front of it. The cabinets in the kitchenette were falling apart and sticky. The recliner in the room was torn up. The TV remote was sticky. They did not provide us with bath towels, so we had to use our beach towels. When we asked the front desk for towels, they said they were still in the dryer and were damp so to come back later, when later there was no one manning the front desk. The windows to the room had cracked glass, the ceiling was peeling away, and the room was missing the smoke detector and had wires sticking out of the ceiling where it should have been.

Before a guest checks into a room make sure that all lamp fixtures are in working condition.

Residents were outside all day chatting and sitting on camping chairs being noisy. They woke us up at 5am shouting and chatting sitting outside the complex.

Rundown, completely. Terrible smell throughout. Kitchen did not work - fridge and stove both not functional. Cabinets smelled terrible, leaking water, loose wiring under sink. Towels were old, stained and had hair on them. They did not appear to be washed. Bed was very uncomfortable. If I was not stranded without a place, with my children I would never have stayed. If I was alone I would have slept in my car. There was also bugs. My original reservation with booking was for a Hilton hotel, which was oversold and I was turned away. Overall poor experience with this hotel and booking.com

Everything. The rooms we a mess, shower floor was dirty and had been fixed and when you stepped in it, it was spongy and felt as though it would break. Only had had towels in our room and when I went to the front desk on 6/5/25 the manager said that is all he had. And when I seemed in shock, he told me to go that I was done. Really bad customer service so we left the hotel the very next morning and went to a new hotel. Outside there were broken down cars and trash everywhere. It seemed more like a half-way house then a hotel. For the price it was extremely disappointing, and we were discussed that a prortty was run this way. I will never stay at another Extended Stay Hotel.

When I arrived there was no room despite having a reservation.

Sketchy people were always hanging around the property (random groups of teen boys were sneaking in and smoking pot indoors), Overall room cleanliness was very poor (stains & sticky spots on the floor), Staff were very curt & largely unhelpful with replacing towels or toilet paper, all stairs at the location smelt strongly of garbage & possibly even urine
