The employee took 30mins to come down stairs to get me signed in . Then you guys both charged me stay at the hotel. I payed booking then I payed extended stay .. terrible experience. Still waiting to get my money back . ALSO ROOM WAS DIRTY RED JUICE ON THE FLOOR . Never again
The outside was clean and manicured.
The room we stayed in smelled of horrible body odor and stale cigarette smoke. There were also large cockroaches coming from under the countertop area.

The room had a bad smell. Like a dog. And there were baggies and residue left on the bathroom counter so whoever cleaned the room didn’t do a good job at all

Soon as I check in seen a bug but what took the cake was ashes in covers and the lady downstairs complaining over exaggerating about my baby jumping off the bed or what not
If you want to experience the lowest level of grand theft auto, then definitely nook your stay at this roach motel. Unreal how gross this place was. My sign not to stay there should've been when 2 cops were arresting someone when we went to check in. Absolutely the worst extended stay I have ever stayed it. They should burn this place to the ground and rebuild. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Extremely run down. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Given a towel and a washcloth and a bar of soap for entire stay. Charged to get clean towels, linens, and for several other items. Never was alerted to these fees.
Although the pictures look nice, this place was horrible. The room smelled musty and moldy. And when you look at the furniture it was old, broken, and the room looked dirty. We couldn't even stay here. The surrounding area was filled with trash and you could smell the smoke and weed just outside the rooms. We didn't stay here because we didn't feel safe and they wouldn't even give us a refund. This is definitely not a place I would ever recommend or return to ever again.
Staff was great
The only plus was the proximity to the airport. The lady who checked me in late night was excellent and I knew we had woken her to check in.
The room was filthy. The rug had stains and food pieces left all over like no one vacuumed. The outside of the fridge and walls had stains all over them. There were bugs crawling all over the walls. The microwave was rusty and unusable and we needed it so we were very disappointed. We did not feel comfortable to even sleep there but we had no choice as it was midnight and just needed to sleep before driving 2 hours home from the airport. We will never stay at this hotel again.
The staff was extremely helpful and very nice! The lady’s at the front desk are some of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time!!! Thank y’all for making my stay feel a lot like home!
Smell clean
Bed sheet was not clean , had long black hair in the tub. Elevator was scary
