Staff was very nice
Shower and floor could had been cleaned a little better but overall good
If you are going to allow guests to have dogs in their room then they should be required to keep them QUIET. Not everyone wants to be woke up early in the morning by barking dogs.
Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good too.
WIFI could be better. Only 1 device at a time could log in at a time. When you have 3 people in the room, it was hard using the WIFI for phones, tablets and laptop.
I walked in around 11pm to check in and there was dog poop in the lobby. The front desk clerk was friendly enough, I had requested a room far from the elevator because I was traveling with my dog. I received the one right next to the elevator.
The room was dated and not fully clean, I found a tooth flosser under the sink in the bathroom. The next day I went down for the free breakfast and to use the gym . I was out of the room for about an hour, using the facilities of the hotel. I assume my dog barked every time someone used the elevator or it dinged because that is what a dog would do. I received a note around 3pm saying my dog was barking in the morning and the pet policy was to not leave the dog in the room alone. I didn’t receive the pet policy at check in. If I had received the room I requested this wouldn’t of been an issue. If a hotel is pet friendly but you cannot leave your dog in the room alone how are you supposed to use the hotel facilities that you pay for? The dogs are not allowed in the common spaces. Anyway all this to say you can get a better hotel for this price. I wouldn’t stay again.

Parking is minimal, but we made it work.
Pool was clean and not freezing. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff and very clean!
The breakfast was good especially the make your own waffles.
Lack of toilet paper and kleenex, We had to ask the front for both.
