Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Unser Zimmer war dennoch ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Abfluss roch sehr unangenehm. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Delux-Doppelzimmer gebucht. In keinem Zimmer ging wlan gut. In einem Zimmer fehlten die Info wie man ins wlan kommt. In einem anderen Zimmer war der Ablauf in der Dusche verstopft, so dass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Wir haben das Wasser mit Handtuch und Vorlegematte aufgesaugt und Bescheid gesagt. Keine Reaktion! Keine neuen Handtücher!

Esperienza terribile, da evitare

La posizione centrale; la colazione.

Cons:

L'esperienza in questa struttura è stata terribile: appena arrivati ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli nello spogliatoio maleodorante dei dipendenti, perché la stanza non era pronta. La stanza che ci hanno dato non aveva l'aria condizionata ed era caldissima, c'era solo un piccolo ventilatore. Per avere un po' di aria abbiamo dovuto lasciare sempre aperta la finestra, che però dava sulla strada rumorosissima fino a notte (tram, gente, camion che scaricavano cose). Il letto era sfondato e scomodissimo, i cuscini praticamente inesistenti e quindi scomodi. Il bagno aveva una finestra verticale che dava sulla camera, quindi zero privacy. In più lasciando la finestra aperta per fare entrare aria, da fuori si vedeva dentro il bagno. La doccia molto vecchia e mal funzionante e per tutto il bagno c'era solo un prodotto per shampo/doccia/sapone mani, tra l'altro pieno solo per metà. Il non plus ultra è stata la scortesia e maleducazione della signora della reception, che ci ha accolto sbuffando e facendo la scocciata, non abbiamo capito perché, e quando nell'andare via le abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare la stanza alle 11.20 invece che alle 11 perché uno di noi non stava bene, ci ha detto che potevamo rimanere solo fino alle 11.15.

In generale sconsigliamo decisamente questa struttura, certi che nel centro di Friburgo ci sia molto di meglio.
