Cons:

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe für mich persönlich sehr wichtige Erinnerungsstücke in einem Schrankfach vergessen und mich noch vor dem Check-in der nächsten Gäste gemeldet – mit genauer Angabe, wo die Sachen lagen. Angeblich wurde nichts gefunden. Natürlich war das Vergessen mein Fehler, dennoch ist für mich nur schwer nachvollziehbar, dass die Gegenstände nicht mehr auffindbar waren. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem der sehr unfreundliche Umgang mit der Situation. Sehr schade, da die verlorenen Erinnerungsstücke nicht ersetzbar sind.

Perfect location and lovely staff
Pros:

Perfectly located, within walking distance of every key spots. The staff was very nice, the breakfast really good and generous. Really appreciated access to water and coffee / tea at any times on the first floor.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too soft and from our room, we could hear a strong fan that made the room to vibrate a bit !

Pros:

Très confortable, bon petit-déjeuner. A l'accueil la personne très froide contrairement à la dame des petit-déjeuners. Gros problème de parking qui revient très cher. A inclure dans votre prix environ 20€ de plus

Bij aankomst vroeg ik aan de dame of we onze motors ergens konden stallen want met de motor mochten we niet in de tiefgarage. Ze wist niets te benoemen. Toen ik vroeg of het in de garage kon waar ook de fietsen stonden zei dat dit niet kon. Uiteindelijk ging ze even kijken en was er volgens haar geen plek en de volgende ochtend moest de cheffin ook haar auto daar parkeren. Toen ik later ging kijken was er ruim voldoende plek. Ook de volgende ochtend was er ruim voldoende plek. En de cheffin was er niet want toen we vertelde dat er nergens wifi was zei ze dat ze dit tegen die cheffin zou zeggen maar dat die pas later op de dag zou arriveren. We hebben vervolgens de motoren op een vrij stukje in het verlengde van de volle motorstalling net buiten de stadsmuur geparkeerd. Helaas zat er de volgende ochtend op beide motoren een boute van 55 euro. Jammer ook want de motoren stonden Nieman in de weg. Jammer ook van het hotel, een beetje meedenken met de gasten hoeft weinig moeite te kosten.

Pros:

We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The hotel was beautiful. Its history is evident throughout. Spacious bedrooms with modern amenities. Very clean. Helpful staff. Vegan friendly breakfast. Fantastic location.

La posizione centrale da dive raggiungibile a piedi tutti i luoghi da visitare. Ottima colazione con molta varietà

Cons:

La pecca era la doccia. Contrariamente al rubinetto del lavabo, l'acqua usciva con poca pressione e poca. Forse dovrebbero provare a cambiare il soffione.

Toller Start für unsere Wanderung
Pros:

Als Start für unsere Wandertour gewählt, da der Bären optimal dafür liegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ist mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Super!
