Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war der Aufenthalt trotz der Mängel O.K.
Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, Automatenkaffee leider nicht besonders schmackhaft,

Cons:

Beschädigungen in der Ausstattung des Zimmers (Stuhllehne abgebrochen, Gardine teilweise heruntergerissen), Parkfläche einheitlich 20 Euro pro Tag, obwohl nur teilweise überdacht. Zu später Stunde überfüllt, somit keine Stellplatzgarantie.

Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Gästeservice
Cons:

Dinge wie z.B. Wasserkocher waren bei Booking.com unter den Ausstattungsmerkmalen aufgeführt, musste
N jedoch erst an der Rezeption angefordert werden. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass der erste Wasserkocher auch noch defekt war, so dass wir erneut reklamieren mussten.

Auch die Zimmereinigung ließ zu wünschen übrig, da unter dem Bett noch eine Pfandflasche des vorherigen Gastes lag.

Beim Auschecken wurden wir gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen sei. Als wir sachlich unsere Kritikpunkte ansprachen, wurde darauf leider nicht mit einer Entschuldigung sondern lediglich mit Rechtfertigungen reagiert.

Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Zimmerreinigung und einen professionellen Umgang mit Gästebeschwerden gewünscht.

Pros:

Die Lage ist Ideal, da Freunde nur ca 10 Minuten entfernt wohnen ! Flughafen und Messe sind nicht weit entfernt. Parkplatz fand ich zu teuer mit über 26,42 €. Ausserhalb des Hotels gibt es nie welche !

Incredibly friendly staff and great value for money
Pros:

The hotel was quiet, staff were friendly, great value for money, lively hotel, 24 hour service at the desk made our stay so much easier.
The rooms were modern and we were allowed to check in much earlier than our check in time

Cons:

The location is a little bit outside of Stuttgart centre but taxis could be ordered right to the door and it's only 10 minutes from the airport
