Cons:

There is not enough shower gel in two rooms, my sister had to use shampoo instead. There were no hair dryers in two same rooms. There was a strong cooking smell in the hallway. The staff is not very friendly.

It needs improvement. The substance for a better stay is there but it is lacking important improvemt
Pros:

Some members of the staff were professional and courteous but others were rude and unwelcoming.

Cons:

As I mentioned before the unwelcoming staff. We had to ask every other day for our room to be cleaned because they would not do so without being pushed. Furniture needs some upkeep. There was a drawer that kept on opening by itself. The rooms are dirty even after being cleaned. The door for the pool is rusted from the inside which makes it hard to close.

The hotel was smelling like mold. The towels wasn't smelling good either!
The bathroom door could not close, the carpet need to be refreshed!
The breakfast disappointing
