Grand Mela Hotel

Do not stay or try to book this hotel. I reserved a room and the reception said we do not have available rooms at all. If you do not have a room how was I able to reserve a room. They stole my money and they did not refund it to me. Keep your money and find other better hotel. This hotel do not even reserve 1 star.

لا تحاول حجز هذا الفندق. لقد حجزت غرفة وقال مكتب الاستقبال إنه لا توجد غرف متاحة على الإطلاق. إذا لم يكن لديك غرفة ، فكيف يمكنني حجز غرفة. سرقوا أموالي ولم يردوها لي. احتفظ بأموالك وابحث عن فندق آخر أفضل. هذا الفندق لا يستحق حتى نجمة واحدة.

one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out.
Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared. The police was called and they had to take him away, he was completely out of control even his staff were scared of him.
We came out of the hotel and the police were kind enough to help us to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
In short, this hotel is a scam, the staff are horrible and rude so if you don’t want to ruin your vacation please don’t even consider staying here.

Otele saat 12 gibi ulaştık. Odanın hazır olmadığını temizlik ve genel kontrol yapıldığını söylediler. Tamam dedik, dışarda gezdik, dolaştık akşam otele döndük. Odaya yerleştik ancak odalarımızdan birinde klima çalışmıyor. Yetkililere bildirdik. Teknik ekibin bayramda çalışmadığını klimanın çalışmayacağını belirttiler. Odamıza eşdeğer oda değişikliği talep ettik, eşdeğer oda olmadığını bir alt derecedeki odayı verdiler. Bizde bu odanın bizim odamız ile eşdeğer olmadığını ve odalar arasındaki ücret farkının tarafıma geri iadesini talep ettim ancak iade edilmeyeceğini söylediler. Ücret farkının tarafıma iadesinde ısrar ediyorum. Ve bekliyorum.
