Cons:

キレイではない、汚いわけではないけど。
窓越しすぐのビルが工事中で朝からとてもうるさく強制的に起こされた。
わかっていたら予約しなかった。不快。

Cons:

清掃後部屋に戻ると、下水の臭いがすごい、風呂の換気扇の効きが悪い。窓を開け換気しないと気分が悪くなる程悪臭に感じた。
ネットの画像イメージ程広くない。ベットでいっぱいな感じです。

Recommend for a short stay/rest only
Pros:

Very decent facilities. Quite friendly staff. Very quiet.

Cons:

Location is kind of far from the station in my opinion and the fact that there is only the one elevator are the two points I did not like about the property.

If you filtered out "shared bathroom" maybe think again
Pros:

Overall there's nothing to reproach in terms of cleanliness of facilities for the price.
- Good location.
- Staff are very helpful and friendly.
- It DOES indeed have its own bathroom.

Cons:

Maybe I should have guessed from the photos, but it was pretty obvious when I arrived that this was more like a "love hotel" and that many guests book in for a few hours during the day. There was some noises at one point during the stay which maybe I would have preferred not to hear.
The toilet was incredibly small and quite difficult to get into.
I blame myself somewhat though – I filtered out "share bathroom" when searching for a room. I didn't realise that shared bathrooms are quite common for hotels in Japan and there are many perfectly nice places with very nice shared bathrooms. When I was in Ikebukuro, I spotted one that was a similar price to this one, but much more the sort of vibe I was looking for.
So the hotel is fine for what it is (so I can't rate it too low), but it's not quite what I wanted. Sorry!

The location was good and staff were very friendly.

Cons:

As is a love hotel the room has no ventilation and became very damp and uncomfortable after the second day. Would recommend for overnight stays but probably no longer.
