Location 2 minute walk to the train station
No kettle, but it was only £2 for a cup of tea in the foyer

Originally put in a bigger room on lower ground floor was not that nice… thankfully they were able to move us, to another room with much more natural light. We compromised on space but was worth it :)

It was close to the Lyceum theater (and city center) and easy access from the airport. The staff was great and helpfull. Breakfast was good, but no warm eggs though.
The room was a bit small and it could not hold a bedside table on both sides of the bed.

I often stay at hotels of this chain and have always had a good experience. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The room is quite small, but it has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The only minor drawback was the check-in: we arrived at 2:25 PM, about 35 minutes early, and it was not possible to get the room before the scheduled time. I understand that these are hotel rules, although, since we leave very early, perhaps an exception could have been made.
