Hot water
Pros:

Location from my job was the best, I work nights and the peace and quiet was exactly what I need after working. The most important thing was the hot water!!!!! It was super hot which you dont get at other hotels and it lasted longer than 5 minutes the room was large

Cons:

Needs updating and it was smelly could have been the carpet

Could use improvement
Pros:

Room was clean and decent. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Several people that tried the coffee available said it was bad. Though a non-smoking facility, the room and hallway had a strong air freshener scent like they are trying to cover up the leftover smoke smell when building possibly did allow smoking in the past. When first arriving, found front desk staff member vaping in front of the building.

No front desk staff had to ring bell for service. Not friendly, always had a blah face never seen one smile and it seemed like bothered them to ask a question.

Terrible
Pros:

The location is convenient...a short ride to Downtown Nashville but there are also lots of options nearby.

Cons:

The hotel was in a deplorable state. The walls were peeling under the window and in the shower. The bathtub was dirty or stained. There was no way I would have stayed there. I showed the staff the pictures from the website and was told those are old pictures. That is unacceptable. I got an immediate refund.

The breakfast was good
Pros:

It was near where I needed

Cons:

7-10 tiles in the bathroom floor, right as you entered the bathroom, was all broken and made cracking sounds every time you walked in or out of the bathroom. When I spoke to the attendant at the front desk they did not seem to care or indicate something would even be done to correct it.
