un hôtel bien situé, une expérience mitigée
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable à Brooklyn, avec des espaces spacieux et confortables, et un emplacement idéal qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement du quartier

Cons:

Le gros point négatif concerne le personnel de ménage, particulièrement désagréable, avec un nettoyage clairement insuffisant. De plus, nous avons été facturés deux fois et le remboursement a été très compliqué, avec des frais supplémentaires élevés et totalement incompréhensibles

Pros:

L’emplacement était vraiment sympathique, la décoration de l’hôtel également.

Cons:

Le fait d’être prélevé de 30€ par jour pour pouvoir bénéficier des services de l’hôtel…
Et si je n’ai pas envie de manger ou profiter des services de l’hôtel pourquoi devoir payer ?

A hotel that is OK
Pros:

The room was ok, very generous in size and the bath room was ok too. Nothing out of this world. The location is great and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The mattresses and pillows were very very soft. Uncomfortable for my personal taste. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, there were crumbs on the desk when we arrived.

Wonderful staffs in Brooklyn Coffee Company-Abby, Armando and Hector, they have brought the wonderful holiday Christmas magic to the hotel. They must receive amazing compliments on their professional services and sweetest personalities, as they serve as the hotel's major role. The quality of the drinks and pastries were also on the extra level.
Location was brilliant if you are looking for the NYC subway. It's the key area to have the access on majority of the NYC subways and 15 mins walk to the Brooklyn Dumbo.
The interior might seem to be old but giving classic vibes. And I can definitely say that it is really spacious enough.

Il ne faut pas oublier de préciser que quand on p passe par votre site il y a 30 dollars par jour supplémentaire je me suis retrouvé avec 240 dollars à payer en plus
