O hotel é bem localizado, tem várias linhas de metrô próximas e também lojas e centros comerciais.
Em um dos dias não limparam o quarto e eu estava passeando, quando voltei já eram 17:30, foi um pouco estressante eu pedir para limparem, pois disseram que não podiam pedir, pois já passava das 17h, embora o erro tenha sido deles, no final deu tudo certo, limparam o quarto.

I was surprised by the $150 per night jump in price from my first night on Thursday to Friday and Saturday. This was not reflected in the original Booking.com listing for the property.

此次入住万豪布鲁克林桥是有史以来最差的一次体验。预定的房间是8月22号到9月4号。由于飞机晚点，8月23号凌晨2点左右才入住。入住时，扣了USD 4095.60元预授权，但此后连续3天每天扣415.45元预授权。等到第3天，我觉得不对劲，赶紧去柜台沟通，说是系统问题，马上给取消了。但在8月29日，再一次扣了USD 4052.59元预授权。当时觉得有问题，赶紧跟booking客服联系，打了3次电话，最后说电话、Email联系不上酒店，让自己去联系酒店，保存好账单。尽管柜台说最终扣款以账单为准，但自己实在觉得没有安全感。目前已经离开酒店回国，但信用卡显示还有入住前3天每天多收的400多美元预授权没有取消。所以，此次入住是最没有安全感的住宿体验。而且里面没有餐馆，早饭都是凑活。
This stay at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge has been the worst experience I have ever had. My booking was for August 22 to September 4. Due to a flight delay, I did not check‑in until around 2:00 a.m. on August 23. Upon check‑in, a pre‑authorization of USD 4,095.60 was placed on my card. However, over the following three days, an additional pre‑authorization of USD 415.45 was charged each day. On the third day, alarmed by these repeated holds, I raised the issue at the front desk. Staff explained it was a system error and said they would cancel those extra holds right away.
Nevertheless, another pre‑authorization of USD 4,052.59 appeared on August 29. I contacted Booking.com customer service immediately and called three times in total. Unfortunately, they advised that they could not reach the hotel by phone or email, and suggested I follow up with the hotel directly while keeping all billing statements for reference. Even though front‑desk staff stated that final charges would be based on the folio, I felt extremely insecure about the repeated unexpected holds.
I have now checked out and returned to China. My credit‑card statement still shows that the extra daily pre‑authorizations of more than USD 400 from the first three days of my stay have not been released. Overall, this has been my most anxiety provoking and unsettling hotel‑stay experience to date.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, staff at every point of contact were so friendly and helpful. Great location beside Brooklyn Bridge with jay st station and borough Hall subway no distance away to get all around New York.
