If it wasn’t for Marriott reaching out to me directly, this would’ve been the worse stay at a Marriott location. Marriot

When you first enter it has a relaxing smell and the entrance is clean.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk, particularly the Asian woman at the front desk when checking in was not very welcoming. She seemed like she was in a rush, kept dropping my cards and ID when giving them back to me. Plus she wasn’t honest about the rooms. Said it was an upgraded room but it looked horrible. Asked to change rooms, that room wasn’t any better. It wasn’t until someone from Marriott contacted me directly that something was done.

Für ein paar Tage Vegas geeignet, da gute Lage aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Die Lage war super, das Bett war bequem und das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation beim Check-In war sehr schlecht. Wir haben keine Informationen zum Aufenthalt erhalten. Wir wussten weder den Zugang zum Wi-Fi, noch die Frühstückszeiten und die Mitarbeiterin hat vergessen uns die Gutscheine für das inkludierte Frühstück zu geben. Das fiel erst am nächsten Tag im Restaurant auf, als uns der Kellner nach einem Gutschein fragte und wir nicht wussten was er meint. Dann mussten wir erst nochmal zur Rezeption um das zu klären und die Gutscheine nachträglich ausgestellt zu bekommen.
