The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa

In Las Vegas for business, I stayed at the Westin Las Vegas Hotel, and found it to be well suited for my needs. Quiet with professional staff enabled me to get my work done without the normal LV distractions. Due to my schedule, I had several meals at their Good Plate restaurant. Standard but good food at reasonable hotel prices. However the best part was Lena, one of the servers, who was attentive, provided good recommendations and checked back with me often without being intrusive. She helped turn a work trip into a more enjoyable experience

I travel a lot for business and The Westin Las Vegas has some of the best staff I have ever experienced. They really make you feel like a valued guest. Special mention to Matt, Sarah, Deja & Guadalupe!! Fabulous

I am going to skip the problem that I had because this review is about the customer service going above and beyond. When I went down to report my problem, Sarah at the front desk was incredibly attentive, aware, and understanding of the situation. She apologized for a matter, that was not her fault and yet went out of her way to make sure that I would be taken care of and the situation would be remedied.

I really appreciate Sarah and her great attitude and her positive energy that she brought towards the situation. It really impressed me that she was very conversational and very personable with me.

Sarah needs to be given a huge ovation from the management for her work ethic, customer service, personable attitude, and empathy towards customers who are having a rough day. Sarah, thank you so much for your great service at this hotel, it’s people like you who make this place great. I will definitely be back again.

I’ve spent several weeks at this Westin over two recent stays, and I'm so grateful to the team here for making those stays so excellent. This is one of those rare hotels where the staff genuinely shape the experience, and where you feel cared for as a person, not just a reservation. Jaan and Elena at the front desk went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions — helping find the perfect room. The team at The Good Plate, the hotel's restaurant (where I had breakfast every day) are welcoming and super-fast. (Shout-out to Daya, Blanca and Cesar who were all so friendly and made sure each morning started right.) That kind of genuine hospitality is invaluable. The suite I stayed in (1714) was a perfect space for work and rest, with beautiful mountain light and true quiet. The ambient life in the hotel — airline crews, conference guests, tourists and a steady hum of activity — creates a comforting rhythm that isn't over-the-top Las Vegas Strip energy. (Though the Strip is just a short, three-minute walk away.) Other highlights: a full, on-premises Starbucks where Taylor and Adrian were super-friendly and a rooftop pool with lots of chairs that gets plenty of sun throughout the day. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, including many Westins, and this one stands apart because of its people. I’m very grateful to all of you. Looking forward to my next stay!

Location is the best on / right off strip if you want no smoking & are going to Sphere or have a Convention at Cesars Forum.

Easy in/out to airport ($15-20 uber)
Rooms are not fancy but functional & have Westin bed.
Pool area is small compared to mega resorts but is great if the weather permits.
Food was surprisingly good. We only did Breakfast & it was excellent. You can choose breakfast as amenity if you have Marriot status & no up charge for a real breakfast.
Service was top notch, everyone was great (shout out to Elenor & Carlos at Resturant & Suzie at front desk :)
Gym is very functional & will work for 99% of guests who are used to hotel gyms.
Starbucks on site, very convenient to grab for the walk to Cesar's Forum in the AM.
Filtered Water stations on all floors.
Real juices (bottled-similar to Pressed) available at breakfast.
The views of Sphere can't be beat.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The Westin was convenient for attending the Eagles concert at the Sphere and access to the Vegas strip. Our room had views of the distant mountains and other strip hotels. Our walk to the strip included views of the Sphere and the High Roller Ferris wheel. A great fit for our trip.

I enjoyed the complimentary yoga and we enjoyed the dry and wet saunas and relaxed at the pool.

The food and service at The Good Plate restaurant at the hotel was outstanding! We had breakfast and dinner and dessert and all exceeded our expectations. The bar also had great service, was comfortable and well attended.

The front desk staff was attentive, helpful, and addressed all our needs. Our room was refreshed beautifully. We will be back based on our great experience!

We had a wonderful time at Westin Las Vegas. Susie was so helpful at the front desk. She helped with the special offers and gave show recommendations. The hotel was a peaceful retreat from the lights and noise of Vegas. We used the spa services and the relaxing pool. We will stay again and again.

Going to concert at the Sphere, hotel was within walking distance.

We loved our 4 night stay here. Our room was near the top with great night views. Every show we did was a 15 minute walk or less (Eagles, Wizard, Donny.) The heart of the strip is a block away. The fitness center has everything and the pool area is great for lounging. Our rates were very reasonable and you get the Westin quality everywhere.

The breakfasts were excellent and free with my status and were served by very helpful staff (try the lobster eggs Benedict.). Our kind server Blanca welcomed us each morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Way beyond what normal servers do.

I go to Westins and Marriotts all over but this one stands out for an amazing combination of price, location, amenities and wonderful staff. Highly Recommend.

The location was great. Close to the Sphere, Bellagio all the amenities without needing to have the smoky Casino hotel atmosphere. Everything was classy and upscale. Carlos at Good Plate and Christine at reception went above and beyond. Loved our stay!

Very clean, friendly and attractive hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet for Vegas, which we liked - no smoky casino to walk through. easy access to strip, Sphere. Nice amenities that we used, a free drink and a free dessert. Extra towels, nice, well equipped gym

#1 for us was the central location and non-casino vibe. We walked to the Sphere for our shows that weekend, and it was easy. People make the difference. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all very professional and friendly.

My stay at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel and Spa was an amazing experience to my first time in Vegas. The day we checked in, I spoke with a young gentleman and he was the sweetest and took his time to explain everything and he even upgraded our room with a beautiful view of the Sphere and The Highroller. It was truly amazing. Thank you so much.
