Cons:

The staff in the cafe were extremely slow to serve. The staff on reception were also very slow.

Fantastic stylish treat with great views.
Pros:

Style style style. In every detail.
Amazing service too. Fantastic location, great view. Free room upgrade and bottle of Prosecco for our 10year anniversary!

Cons:

Beds a bit too soft for us but that’s a personal preference.

All the little details made for a great stay
Pros:

Great location, modern in its design, great atmosphere throughout

Cons:

The doorman on arrival was incredibly rude, everyone else we encountered, however, more than made up for his unprofessionalism

Good location, nice room
Pros:

Lovely big an quiet room, right across the road from StPancras station.

Cons:

We had to get an early train, and as breakfast was included, asked it for takeaway. We had mentioned there was 2 of us, but we only got 1 sandwich and 1 drink (and had to pay 8£ extra for "tray charge").
