Welcoming staff, well designed rooms, great facilities and bars within the hotel

Cons:

Some of the finishes had started to wear down (paint chipping off handles) and two of the charging ports were damaged or not functional.

A comfortable home away from home. With friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Love the diverse racial mix and easygoing but respectful communication to meet all our needs. Central location at Kings Cross with a great breakfast that was part of our booking. Wonderful help with bags and genuine hospitality. Love the bathtub and bath salts. Retro touches to the furnishings. So cool! We hope to visit again.

Cons:

The complimentary water wasn’t provided until the second day. We used the mini bar water and were charged.

Great place and amazing service! Carlos was an amazing waiter, super friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. He made our visit extra enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Really nice stay would come again
Pros:

Location was ideal for Eurostar, staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was fun. Great view .

Lovely experience
Pros:

Lovely first experience. We only came for a quick drink and got seated by the window with a breathtaking view of the station. Thandie who served us was very attentive and friendly and made our experience very warm. Cocktails were spot on, thanks to Carlos - one of the best “Mescalitas” I ever had. We will be back!
