The area around the property is getting built. I went for a conference at Gift city so happened to stay there to avoid travelling back each day for the conference
Terrible stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel. None of the staff speak English. Issues with breakfast and the smell of our room too.
Excellent services from reception, restaurant serving breakfast to daily room cleaning. My second times staying this hotel. Will come back to stay this hotel on next trip.
Very pleasant, friendly staff & helpful. Breakfast is good to provide fresh made dosa, prata, eggs - boiled, scramble or omelette. Walking distance to the nearer open space food courts & a restaurant Terra Rossa. Will come back this hotel for my January business trip.
My wife and I were in India for our daughters wedding. We very much enjoyed the Western aemities. All the staff was welcoming and friendly, this was from the porter,front desk, dining room staff and housekeeping

sehr freundliches Personal, Preise sind verhältnismässig hoch, dafür sehr gutes Essen. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und momentan ist eine Baustelle nebenan, als Konferenzhotel eignet sich das Hotel jedoch sehr gut.
Not everything on the menu card was available, no pizza, also one evening burgers was not available. Breakfast not really intercontential, only bread and jam, otherwise only local food, which not was heated good enough when it was standing in the buffet...
Too many servants, so it was confusing who was taken care of what... It would be nice if it only where one person who we had contact with in the resturant insted of all the employees..
