Night manager was pleasant and professional when we arrived late on March 28 and equally pleasant and professional when we left the next morning after a long night of work. Much appreciated!
And thank you for making the (great) coffee and warm beverages available outside of breakfast hours.
The room was comfortable.
The drapes didn't shut all the way due to a missing runner along the top. The water in the shower didn't get above luke warm both in the evening late and early morning. Also, when we first walked into the room it had a little bit of a musty smell.
The staff was phenomenal. From the front desk, to the in house staff, to the transporter. Their Customer service was excellent!!
Breakfast left nothing to be desired.

I wish I had more time to spend here. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed. This cut into my leisure time in Anchorage.
Staff were very professional and helpful.
The pool was dirty, too much chlorine and they closed the pool down the very next day. Sucks because that is why we got a room in the first place

This is the third time I have stayed there and it is great. As a bonus, there is an Applebee's in the parking lot and one can always get a reasonably priced nutritious meal there. The staff is great, very clean, good breakfast,

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my room was never cleaned during that time. It was not ventilated either, and the window could not be opened. By the fourth night, I had no towels or shampoo left. Although there was a coffee machine in the room, there was no coffee or water provided.
When I went to the reception to extend my stay for a 5th night, I explained the situation and paid for the additional night. We clearly agreed that my room would be cleaned the next morning. However, when I returned around 2 PM, nothing had been done. I went back to reception and spoke to different staff members. I asked how I could be sure the room would actually be cleaned. They asked if I had requested “full service.” I explained that I simply wanted the room cleaned and the towels and sheets changed. They told me to make sure nothing was left on the bed and assured me the room would be taken care of.
That evening, when I returned, once again no one had properly cleaned the room. The only thing that had been changed was the small floor towel. I had even left the other towels on the floor to make it clear they needed replacing, but they were not touched.
When I mentioned all of this again at checkout, the only response I received was, “Oh, sorry.”
Very disappointing experience.
The wide variety of breakfast items and the pool or hot tub wasnt closed.
