You and your hotel need to be reprimanded for your actions
Pros:

I booked a room for 2 nights and paid in advance. I was forced to sleep in my car. In a strange place because everyone was sold out of rooms for the night. I paid in advance for a reason so that my room would be guaranteed accordingly to the site. However, that was a lie. NOW, they are refusing to give us our money back for rooms that we never even stepped foot into at all. This is fraud and thief and I need an attorney to represent me ASAP!!!!
