It’s so dirty and smells very bad

Cons:

Staff is rude and there is no room service. They don’t clean the room or bathroom when you staying . You have to take your towel downstairs for laundry if you want new one. Breakfast is just coffee and tasteless muffins. I will not recommend this hotel

I definitely won't be staying here again .

There were places to go to around the area

Cons:

No parking, No luggage carrier, we use the stairs and it smell like sewer, I ask for towels and they told me I would have to take them to the front desk and they will give me more in two hours. When I first got there they tried to give me a queen bed suite room which I paid for a king bed suite room so i had to return a hour later for my room.

The gentleman that we interacted with was great. The room was clean.

Cons:

However, the water in the bathtub had a constant leak and the dresser drawers were broken. It would have been nice to have access to a pool. There were rips in the backside of the blackout curtains, that allowed the light was coming through.

Pros:

I liked how it never felt rowdy or unmanaged. It felt not strict but safe, normal and orderly, like people just living their lives unobtrusively next to each other. People seemed respectful and staff were always accommodating to random requests. They trouble shot quickly on my wifi stuff (Ian) and John and Felicia were both very organized and juggled their duties impressively.

Cons:

I wish there was an outdoor area or roof lounge where guests could relax and/or work. Just a sort of community park like space.

Muy buena atención, habitación cómoda, espaciosa muy limpia y bien equipada.

Cons:

A pesar de que tiene un pequeño comedor en la habitación, no habían sillas donde sentarse a comer, al menos dos sillitas no estarían mal.
