conveniently located

Cons:

old carpet; room cabinets broken
curtain off track; closet tacky cover ( curtain);
tub rusty drain;
dusty bedside lamps; desk had no work chair took them 2 days to give us one;
elevator filthy smells bad;
in order to get new towels you need to turn in old ones no room service at all! if you call front desk no answer you need to go down & fond person who can help you with your room issues
marijuana reeked hallways!
Needs to revamp entire hotel !

KEY LOCKS NOT WORKING _ ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY FOR AN ENTIRE ESTIMATED WEEK !- VERY FRUSTRATING !

Clean and Safe Location

Cons:

The card lock system was not working across the entire property. Staff had to manually let guests into their rooms every time someone left, which was very frustrating — especially since the front desk closes at 11 PM. The staff were overwhelmed trying to let dozens of people in and out of their rooms.

Key control systems are a fundamental requirement for any hotel, and there should have been a plan to fix the issue promptly. I originally planned to stay for a week, but I ended up switching to another hotel that wasn’t as frustrating.

Additionally, the hotel advertises breakfast between 6 AM and 10 AM, but don’t count on getting anything — food was completely gone by 8 AM.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but the staff was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was a joke. Three tiny muffins for the whole hotel and coffee?

Cons:

The tub water did not go down at all. It was disgusting. A LOUD bathroom fan on all night and we couldn't sleep. No wifi. No extra blankets. I had to go and get towels.

MARCUS WAS AMAZINGGGGG. I loved every moment, he was soo soo sweet and above and beyond for me. I would love to come back just to see him again.

This is the worst stay ever very abusive , threatening situation!!!

If you want to consider that breakfast that was the poorest spread I've ever seen at a hotel in my life the receptionist was totally disrespectful threatening should not be a front desk clerk at all has no PR whatsoever no patience no personality definitely no professionalism the only reason I didn't leave was because I had my cat and I already cleaned the room with my own mop and Pine-Sol and I'm handicapped
What did I like : NOTHING!!!

Cons:

Everything,from the attitude of the front desk clerk to the threats she (tekaya wouldn't give me her last name)is making towards me over her mistakes!
