Terrible smell and horrible aervice.

Understaff. Galway's smelled like poop. Got locked out of my room because the key was no longer working. Went to the front desk; the only employee that was there told me he had to go to lunch instead up of helping me "the guest", and said that the manager should've been there. Overall service was horrible.

Your front desk host Jason was so nice with both my check in/out.

Cons:

I was in room 110, loved it since I had my puppy with me, unfortunately whomever was above me had a kid that was jumping stomping for hours through the night and even at 6am.. I finally had to go and complain which is something I never do.. one night it was so bad it scared me out of my sleep and my puupyvbarked it sounded like someone fell through the roof.
