L’emplacement est top, super, balade à faire sur le front de mer et beaucoup de Bar et Restaurent aux alentours. 👍

Disrespectful
Pros:

I have been to this hotel many times; in fact it is one of my favorite places. The hotel itself is excellent, beautiful, and restful.

Cons:

The staff was HORRIBLE. I had driven 6.5 hours. It was late. I had pre-paid my room and was ready to check in sleep and leave the next morning for a funeral in Santa Barbara (I could have stayed up there instead of making a stop at the Beach Hotel). I was asked for a credit card for incidentals. I said no incidentals - not an option. I did not bring a credit card - must have a card per policies. I had plenty of cash - don't take cash. I looked up the hotel policies - I couldn't find this policy. I called my husband for his credit card - they wouldn't take it over the phone or paper authorization. I noticed I paid $200 over what the website was offering for the night. Was there a way to cancel and repurchase and use the additional credit for incidentals? Just trying to be creative. At every turn it was a no....they called for my car and sent me away!

Beautiful location. Relaxing environment and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, and the room was clean and very quiet.

Cons:

I think there should be some kind of a compensation included in the price of parking. $49.00 / overnight is too much.
For guests who need to fly out in the evening, check out time at 11:00 with no possibilities for showering was inconvenient.
The breakfast was ok. Nothing to write home about

I wish I could write up a short song by mistake, but however, I was not allowed inside the facility without the manager,
Pros:

I have always wanted to stay at this property. It’s so point and cute. This is such an unfortunate event.

Cons:

The manager of this property was extremely rude and actually didn’t even let me stay here, just my brother and his friend and never refunded me for the room. She said I was rude to her as I was awaiting going to my prepaid for a room with my service animal dog.

Nice hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

- Keine Sonnenschirme zum leihen
- Frühstück nur süß, keine Proteine (Eier oder Ähnliches)
- Saft, Toast alles ungesunde Fertigprodukte
- Preis/Leistung ist nicht gegeben mit 750$ die Nacht im Beach Front View Zimmer
- Parken kostet 49$ pro Nacht extra

Close proximity to the beach! Fireplace a plus!
Pros:

Location was great! Easy walk access to stores, restaurants, and Hermosa beach!

Cons:

Parking my vehicle via valet was costly and much more than I expected to pay.! Beach view from room was not what I expected.as disclosed when booking room.

It was perfect, I'm sure I will come back and stay in the same hotel again
Pros:

The hotel is clean, location is perfect and the staff is super nice.

Cons:

The only thing about the experience is a detail in breakfast, they don't have to much options of salty food. No eggs, no bacon, any ham or cheese, most of items are candles.
