Awesome location and easy to walk our dog. The staff was awesome.
I found someone else's dog toys under our bed, so I know that area wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The setting on our refrigerator was turned to freezing, so we unexpectedly had two cherry ginger ale canned drinks explode. It sounded like a small bomb and blew the refrigerator door open. The staff was happy to give us rags so we could clean it up

The room I had the ac was broken. The towels had hair in them.

Cleanliness of this properly is definitely lacking. Dirty hallways, dirty elevators & the room wasn't much better. While the price wasn't bad, they lacked in a lot of areas.
Also found roaches about the shower.
They did not have breakfast
The low to the floor toliets
Never seen breakfast nor did anyone mention they had breakfast.
The refrigerators need to be upgraded and some of the AC's need to be replaced.
Close to the Highway
The smell of the stairwell and the rooms maybe need reconditioning and deep cleaning
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly
There wasn't any air on the 5th floor and the toilet are low to the floor.
Nothing at all the room are dirty and nasty the staff is very rude and disrespectful
Everything I checked into my brand new room and the bathtub was filthy and it was mold in the room it also smelled like old cigarettes
