I loved the location and the room was nice and comfortable for me to work in, I even booked for another night! Will be back again :-)
Having to pay $25 extra to check out st 12pm instead of 11am.. only one hour
Very easy to get to beaches, the college and plenty of eateries. It is a hole oasis, at least 10 hotels in this circle.
Had to hunt down towels daily, stayed 5 days and were out and about daily, only cleaned the suite twice and did not touch one of the beds, in bedroom. I still don't understand that. House keeping seems flustered that we wanted fresh towels daily for 5 people, we had a suite that could house 6.

Good location and price for the room.
We had to change rooms because of the smell. One of the wash clothes had hair on it. The air conditioner worked fairly.

The people who smoke pot so close to the building. Take that shit to the other side of the parking lot.
House keeping staff need to be trained to go a little above and beyond, i.e. move the furniture and clean behind it. Clean under the bed, etc.

I killed a German cockroach near the sink. The toilet passer was on the dispenser backwards, in my opinion.
