Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w którym nic nam nie brakowało.
Pros:

Lokalizacja i bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Po wejściu do pokoju myśleliśmy że jest on słabo posprzątany. Okazało się jednak, że jest czysto a zabrudzenia które widzieliśmy to były różnego rodzaju zabrudzenia farbami itp. których nie da się już usunąć. Hotel ma już swoje lata więc jest sporo obdrapań itp. Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu oceniamy jednak na plus i śmiało możemy go polecić.

Pros:

We had two rooms with a connecting door - perfect for a family of five. Rooms were quiet facing the side street. Beds in the room with two beds were larger than double (I think queen) and very comfy. Rooms are spacious and have a fridge and a microwave. People in service and reception were excellent and friendly. I was worried beforehand because the hotel is close to Times Square but it really was a great choice. Since our flights were cancelled last minute we had to stay in another hotel from a large hotel chain for one night just around the corner and Truss was so much better - larger rooms, better beds, less noise.

The location.

Checked in after 2300 and the staff were extremely kind and understanding after a very long, hot day of travel!! Made the process quick and easy!

Unfortunately the day shift front desk personnel were quite the opposite, very rude, abrasive, dismissive, and argumentative. Not to mention extremely unprofessional. Refused procure several deliveries (despite photo proof provider by couriers upon delivery).

The room was a decent size with a surprisingly decent sized refrigerator as well as a microwave. Ample closet space and storage.

It was quite apparent the room had not been cleaned throughly prior to our arrival. All surfaces had a layer of dust and sticky spots. Bathroom also in dire need of a scrub down.

Due to no housekeeping services on site after hours, we had no other option than to purchase our own supplies and deep clean our room in full. We do not request housekeeping services daily yet did kindly request two bath towels once the day shift staff arrived and was assured they would be delivered by 0730 which was unable to be honored.
