Very comfy and peaceful night.
Pros:

The bed was so comfy and the staff was really nice. Deli cross the street was amazing.

Excellent location and very helpful staff
Pros:

Prime location and excellent value. Nice room and big bed. Staff were very friendly for both check in and check out. The bag drop facility was very handy and reasonably priced also. Less than 10 minute walk from Times Square and close to bus terminal making it very easy to get around New York and to JFK

Exceptional location, staff were great, clean hotel
Pros:

The location is prime, less than a 10 min walk to Maddison square garden and Times Square
Plenty of options for food/drink all around the area.
Women at reception were really helpful and welcoming

Out of this world my first trip to NYC I loved every bit of it 😀
Pros:

Jess the reception lady was amazing she was so kind helpful. Jess went out of her way to help you in every way. All the staff were exceptional 😁 I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the city.

Every thing was great the cleaning staff cleaned your room every day😁
